The L-shaped living and dining room, adorned with exposed beams and stone walls, exudes warmth and character. A cozy fireplace (winter use only) and a lofted ceiling add spaciousness and ambiance. On the ground floor, two comfortable bedrooms share a bathroom, with separate toilets in the hall. Upstairs, a large open room with a ceiling fan (no AC) serves as an ideal sleeping area for older children. Outside, enjoy meals on the covered terrace with its adjoining fireplace, or relax on the sunny teak-furnished patio. Mooi gelegen huis, voorzien van meerdere schaduwplekken. Een heerlijk zwembad. Er staan cactussen rondom het zwembad in tuin, dit heeft menig bal lek doen gaan. Het buitenmeubilair (zitstoelen) waren niet comfortabel om lekker in te zitten. De ligbedden daarintegen lagen erg fijn. Ivm met de brandveiligheid kon de barbecue niet gebruikt worden. Tip; misschien is een gasbarbecue een optie, dit vergroot het vakantieplezier. Bij aankomt gaf het een overweldigend gevoel om het huis en omgeving te ervaren. We hadden eigen fietsen mee, er ligt een prachtig fietspad (oude spoorlijn) waardoor makkelijk dorp en winkels zijn aan te doen. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie week ervaren.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in een zeer compleet koel huis. Het was behoorlijk warm, dus veel gebruik gemaakt van de airco in de slaapkamers en het fijne zwembad met heerlijke ligstoelen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Nadine Leon, alles was dik in orde. Rustig gelegen, maar de eerste keer wat moeilijk om te vinden, misschien helpt een betere route beschrijving? Mooie omgeving met veel bezienswaardigheden, kortom een vakantie waarin alles perfect was! Els en Jurgen Willemsen

On a passé un séjour agréable en famille. La maison répondait aux besoins d’une vacance tranquille. Qq petites détails nécessiteraient de se revoir comme la douche qui manque à coté de la piscine, la télécommande de la portière qui ne fonctionne pas correctement. Sinon on était content de la maison en soi. Sans oublier bien sûre la gentillesse de la propriétaire.

Prachtig huis en mooi ingericht. In de keuken meer dan voldoende keukengerei. Buitengebied is erg privé (dmv een elektrische poort afgesloten). Bij het zwembad staan fijne ligstoelen. Advies van ons: in de zomermaanden (augustus iig) wanneer de temperatuur flink oploopt niet met meer dan 4 personen boeken vanwege alleen airco in de 2 slaapkamers op de begane grond. 2 van onze vier kinderen hebben op de matrassen van boven in de woonkamer geslapen wat eigenlijk ook al veel te warm was. De temperatuur liep boven op tot ver boven de 40 graden, te warm en erg benauwd. (Zelf nog een behoorlijke ventilator aangeschaft, maar hielp niet afdoende jammer genoeg). Verder staat er in de omschrijving dat er in de tweede slaapkamer een stapelbed staat. Dat is niet correct, begane grond 2 slaapkamers met elk een 2 persoonsbed, op de verdieping twee 1 persoonsbedden. Least but not last: de eigenaresse is absoluut zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook zij gaf toe dat het huis in onze periode vanwege de warmte niet geschikt is voor meer dan 4 personen. Desondanks een geweldige vakantie gehad!

Heel authentieke villa met mooi proper zwembad. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Vanwege de hevige warmte was het wel jammer dat er op de 3e kamer (boven) geen airco aanwezig is. Beide kamers beneden zijn wel voorzien van airco, in totaal dus voor 4 personen.

We enjoyed our time spent at this lovely villa. The owner was most helpful and replied to messages in a timely manner. The villa was spacious and full of charm and character. We did several day trips and it was always lovely to arrive back at the villa, we loved the outdoor kitchen and spent many evenings enjoying dinner, while using the grill. The pool is solar heated but refreshingly chilly… we would highly recommended this accommodation.

Lovely rural house

Nadine was a great host she was available when we needed her for some minor repairs to the aircon in one of the bedrooms . The house and pool were lovely the 2 downstairs bedrooms had air conditioning which was brilliant but the third bedroom which was the children’s room really needed it too . Really tricky road to access the property but after a few trips out we mastered it well.

Het vakantiehuis heeft de nodige voorzieningen: 2 kamers met airco, een volledig ...

Het vakantiehuis heeft de nodige voorzieningen: 2 kamers met airco, een volledig uitgeruste keuken met een Amerikaanse koelkast (altijd ijsblokjes ter beschikking), goed uitgeruste badkamers, een mooi zwembad, petanquebaan, en loungezetels om lekker te aperitieven. Ook zijn er hoge dennebomen op het terrein zodat je daar kan schuilen voor de zon. Bovendien lag er, bij aankomst, een lekkere verrassing te wachten in de koelkast. Mooi afgescheiden gelegen woning, geen hinder van buren - wel auto nodig voor boodschappen en restaurantbezoek (afstand tot het dorp > 3 km). Huis niet te bereiken via de straat aan gesloten restaurant Robinson maar wel via smalle spoorwegtunnel iets verderop (komende van Beaucaire). Uitstekende locatie voor uitstappen naar Nimes, Orange, Avignon, Pont du Gard (kanotocht aan te raden (geboekt via Canoe Collias)).

Wij waren vooral gecharmeerd door de buitenkant van het huis en de tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Het huis binnen is gedateerd. De bedden waren te klein. Lengte 1.90 m En een bed dat 1.40 m breed is. Erg harde matrassen. De straat waar het huis aan ligt is een smal landweggetje en heel lastig te vinden. De rust (daar kwamen we voor). Dag van aankomst hadden de buren een feest met live muziek. Tot 22.30 uur. Daar zou het bij blijven volgens de verhuurster. De volgende middag echter ging de muziek installatie toch weer aan. De rest van de week was het gelukkig rustig.

Maison spacieuse et agreable

Nous avons globalement passe un tres bon se jour a beaucaire. Nadine est tres accueillante, sympa et réactive. L'extérieur de la maison tres agreable ainsi que la piscine. La maison est tres spacieuse, juste quelques petits travaux a faire pour qu'elle soit une tres belle maison provençale.
