Large living room with clerestory windows and high ceilings. Limestone flooring throughout. Granite counters, and newer stainless steel appliances in kitchen. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Why they chose this property
I like the clean modern lines of the house, and the beautiful and scenic area. It is peaceful, and safe. The views in the neighbourhood are stunning. There is great hiking in the area, and some terrific restaurants. Groceries, and shopping are minutes away.
What makes this property unique
The mountain views are lovely.
The back yard is spacious, and very private.
The home has been professionally furnished by a designer with pieces from DWR, Ligne Roset, and Roche Bobois. There are also several mid-century vintage pieces.
The kitchen is great to cook in. There are two new Bosch ovens, an Asko dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. There is a nice park down the street, with a playground. The Living Desert Zoo and interpretive centre is minutes away.
Televisions are in each bedroom, and there is a den with a large TV and fireplace.
