Large outdoor patio set for those outdoor meals. Enjoy your stay in a great home with plenty of Sunshine! Neighborhood has small walkable bridge that shows nature's natural aquarium. Nice area to kayak, fish or watch nature at it's best. Sorry no pets.

Why they chose this property
I love this home because it is in the neighborhood that I grew up in and currently own a home in. It is called a Sunshine Home because that was the name of all the homes that were built back in the 50's in this area. It gives you a peace of history and a wonderful fenced yard with nice size pool for your enjoyment. It even has an outside shower. The owners have it nicely decorated and immaculately kept. Lots of repeat renters.
