Welcome to a dream house, unique in Gran Canaria and recently renovated, where every corner awakens excitement and joy. Located in a residential area in Maspalomas, a few minutes from the beach and perfect for families or large groups that want maximum privacy and tranquility.



This charming house has a large private heated pool, surrounded by soft artificial grass that invites you to walk barefoot and let yourself be carried by the fresh breeze. It has 8 sun loungers and 2 Balinese beds so you can relax while listening to the birds sing. But the true jewel of the house is its spectacular game room. Here, entertainment comes to life with a pool table that challenges champions, a ping pong that awakens competitiveness, a table football that promises laughter and excitement, a gym equipped for the most active and different games for the little ones in the family. . It also has a playground with a trampoline, a children's hut and a slide.



LAYOUT HOUSE:

The bedrooms are distributed as follows:

- 1 master bedroom with a 1.80x2.00m bed with air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.

- 1 bedroom with two single beds of 1.05x2.00m with air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.

- 1 bedroom with a 1.60x2.00m bed with air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.

- 1 bedroom with two single beds of 1.05x2.00m with ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.

- 1 bedroom with a 1.05x2.00m single bed with ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.

- 1 exterior apartment with a 1.35x1.90m bed with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and trundle bed where 2 more people can sleep.



In total 13 guests can be accommodated.



The living room has a 65" smart TV with international channels (United Kingdom, Germany, Spain...), all European sports such as the Spanish League, Premier League..., 2 sofas and air conditioning.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso and a filter coffee machine. There is also a pantry with a large fridge and plenty of storage space, as well as an extra freezer kept in the garage.



The terrace has 2 outdoor tables, ideal for eating outside or simply relaxing in the shade.



The heated pool has dimensions of 10 m x 5 m and faces south, allowing you to enjoy all the hours of sunshine possible during the day. Pool heating is an extra service that amounts to €350/week, to be paid in cash on the day of arrival and to be confirmed before arrival.

THE USE OF SISHAS ON THE PROPERTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, AS WELL AS THE ENTRY OF PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE RESERVE.

THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, THEREFORE ANY ACTIVITY THAT MAY DISTURB OTHER NEIGHBORS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. REST HOURS FROM 9PM TO 9AM.

PET ALLOWED ON REQUEST AND WITH EXTRA COST.
