Toller Ort mit aufmerksamen Gastgeber

Schöner und ruhiger Ort! Wir haben es sehr genossen hier unsere Herbstferien zu verbringen. Giulia, Roberta und die ganze Familie sind zurückhaltend (was wir sehr geschätzt haben) aber sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Wenn man etwas wissen muss helfen sie gerne. Der Pool war toll und sehr gut gepflegt. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Siamo stati benissimo, la tenuta è bellissima e l'appartamento ugualmente, ha tutto cio' che serve. Le padrone di casa gentilissime e simpatiche (passione per gatti e cani condivisa 😊). Piscina bellissima e tutto questo in mezzo alle colline marchigiane. Peccato aver potuto fare solo una settimana.

Traumhaft rundum empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen 5-tägigen Aufenthalt der es an keinem Luxus fehlen hat lassen. Alba ist die 1a Wohnung mit 2 Terrassen man sieht den Sonnenauf- und Untergang. Es ist alles super sauber und gepflegt. Pool ist sehr groß und alles drum rum perfekt. Die Gastgeberin Giulia und Ihre Mama sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Für Ausflüge zu den nächsten Ortschaften ca. 20 Minuten, zum Strand ca. 50 Minuten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter. Danke Giulia

Wundervoll entspannender Urlaub in herausragender Atmosphäre

Das Domizil liegt in malerischer ländlicher Umgebung. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier ebenso gut aufgehoben, wie derjenige der ausgiebige Wanderungen, Radtouren oder einfach nur den flair kleiner italienischer Ortschaften mit mittelalterlichem Kern sucht. Auch das Meer ist mit einer Fahrzeit von ca. 30 Minuten nicht soweit entfernt. Hier sind lange Sandstrände und schöne Uferpromenaden in zahlreichen Ortschaften zu finden, die zumeist von Italienern besucht werden. Das leibliche Wohl kommt mit der typischen Küche der Maken ebenfalls nicht zu kurz und ist vor allem für seine Pasta und Wildgerichte zu empfehlen. Die Unterkunft war herausragend. Super sauber und gepflegt und mit den beiden Terassen bot sie einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Das ehemalige Bauernhaus mit umgebauten Stallungen ist landestypisch und von einem liebevoll gepflegten Grundstück umgeben. All das verblasst aber vor der engagierten und liebevoll bemühten Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns mit zahlreichen Tipps zu Besuchen, Wanderungen, Weinproben, Konzerten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten versorgt und war stets da wenn es um Reservierungen oder einen kleinen Extrawunsch ging. Darüber hinaus konnten wir über die Vermieterin qualitativ hervorragendes Olivenöl einkaufen und an ihren Gartenprodukten partizipieren. Insgesamt sind die Maken ein absolut zu empfehlendes Reiseziel und die Unterkunft ein Traum. Jederzeit gerne wieder...

Traumhafte Zeit

Als Italienliebhaber waren wir erstmalig in den Marken. Bei der Suche nach einer Unterkunft waren wir auf Casalgabbi gestoßen, die Beschreibung und Fotos auch der Website waren äußerst ansprechend. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir wurden von Roberta, unserer sehr sympathischen Wirtin, herzlichst empfangen, auch im weiteren Verlauf unseres Aufenthaltes war Roberta immer ansprechbar und äußerst hilfsbereit und nett bei allen Nachfragen und Wünschen, seien es Auskünfte über Ausflugsziele, über Restaurant oder auch nur ein nettes Gespräch. Die wunderbare Unterkunft liegt eingebettet in die typische Landschaft der Marken, wie man sie von Ansichtskarten bzw. Reiseführern kennt. Das Gästehaus liegt neben dem Wohnhaus von Roberta und ihrer Familie. Unser Appartement mit schöner Terrasse entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Der Pool ist fantastisch gelegen nur wenige Schritte entfernt auf der Bergkuppe mit Panoramablick in die wunderbare Landschaft. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

A unique property with amazing views over the Marche hills. A very calm and relaxing get-away.

A modern and comfortable apartment with everything necessary provided. Wonderfully relaxing enjoying the calm and views of the countryside from the terrace. Set on the top of a hill, there are great views across the surrounding farmland to the hilltop towns in the distance. The property is set in attractive and spacious gardens and there is a beautiful pool always kept sparkling clear. Our hostess Roberta was always on hand with friendly and helpful advice. A car is essential to explore the area and visit the many interesting hilltop towns and villages.

Quiet place, beautiful view over the hills of Marches

We used the apartment as a base for trips in the mountains and to the sea shore, by car & motorbike. We enjoyed the evenings sitting on the terrace with a glass of Rosso Piceno, listening chirping of crickets & watching fireflies. The apartment and the surroundings are carefully built and cultivated. Roberta was a very pleasant host. She gave us a lot of tips for place to visit. Thank you
