Vegas wedding

We were recently in Vegas for a wedding and stayed at the polo towers. The property was clean and the staff are extremely friendly. They checked in with me every day to see if there was anything we needed, or if anything in the unit needed to be replenished. The property was a very short walk from the strip, so was very central despite construction. It was a perfect location and very comfortable for my family and I. I will definitely return to this property in the future.

Property was as listed - clean, central location and spacious. Elevator waits to get to the unit may sometimes take 15 minutes or more. At check-in, the property will try to sell you on Hilton Grand Vacation packages and timeshare. Not really a welcome package as they say at check-in. Despite the traffic and sales pitch, the stay was nice and we would come back.

Perfect location

The suite was clean and big enough for my party. What I enjoyed the most I’d that it was in the heart of the strip. Everything was walking distance!!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Polo Tower.

The two bedroom suite was a great size. We appreciated having our own kitchen as well. Essentially being on the strip means the location is fantastic as well. Would have definitely preferred the hot tub to be working but, everything else was great including the very friendly staff.

Disappointing after 10 years satisfied

This was my 10th year staying at this property. From the check in, we were told valet was full and there was no offer to park our car for us. I would have tipped well but I guess they didn't want the cash. They have added a $25 per day resort fee which is entirely worthless on top of what we paid for the unit and the service we did not receive. There seems to be plenty of parking but were told that it belonged to the shopping center in front of the building. Still no offer to park our car. Also, we were there five nights and only received cleaning two of the five days and only after we called. It's really too bad because the potential for the location would be a five star property if their customer service was a little better. They were 100% full and maybe in the past when I stayed they were not. But if that's the case, they need to add staff if they want their rating up because it was quite annoying. The girls at the front desk were quite understanding and offered to contact the manager but I never received a telephone call back. Well bless their hearts.

Great location! Centralized and walking distance to the strip Spacious and clean suite! Property well maintained and clean. Excellent customer service. The suite included all the things we were looking for and having the kitchen was an added bonus. Will definitely book this again in the future!

I'd definitely stay again

The grounds of polo towers was clean. Location was hard to beat for the amenities. The rooms itself were clean, and well organized. The beds were soooo comfy and having the kitchenette was great. It's hard to get a room with a balcony on the strip. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it AND stay there again. My only issue was the AC wasn't loud enough to drown out the outside noise. But we got a fan and it seemed to help..

The Polo Towers property is awesome. We will definitely stay here again.

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was very nice with comfortable beds. Plenty of room for the 6 of us! Having the kitchen saved us money for breakfast and lunches! It is in a great location on the strip with many restaurants and bars near by. The pool is small but very nice. It was nice to be able to take our own food and drinks to the pool (there isn't a bar or restaurant up there only a small snack shop). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the smoke free lobby and not coming in and out through a smoke filled casino! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Polo Towers Suites Las Vegas

My family and I stayed in a condo with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living space, and kitchenette. We were in Vegas for two nights and really enjoyed our stay at the Polo Towers. Great location, great view of the strip, VERY clean and very modern & up to date. The price was also very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here the end of Sept, 4 adults in a two bedroom/two bath condo. We arrived early around noon and did pre-check in as our room was not available even though I requested early check-in. Once checked in, smooth sailing from there, our rental unit was impressive. Very large common area which included living room/dining area and kitchen with full amenities for cooking light or large meals. Both bedrooms had bathrooms off them and each had balconies. The unit was very clean. We never wanted any house cleaning but called to have our towels exchanged and coffee supplies replenished. They always provided these happily and always followed up with a telephone call to ensure we had everything we needed. There is a small convenience store on the main floor of the complex and we should have checked it out first for groceries as the local area store/pharmacy on the strip was very expensive. The store provides groceries, alcohol and lots of other things you need for your vacation. The location is great and in the middle of the strip, Planet Hollywood on one side and MGM on the other. Several restaurants close by. Complementary laundry facilities in complex on different floors. Time share sales were not an issue a simple no when you check in and they won't bother you again. We were on the 6th floor with a view of the strip. I would recommend Polo Towers to anyone who is wanting to Vegas. I probably won't ever stay at the Casino Hotels again.

Cool place in the city

The location of this resort was great. It was in the center of a lot of the attractions and places to see shows. So everything was in walking distance. The Magic Mile Store was right across from it! We enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms and liked how the bathroom was huge. The window was facing the parking lot, which was actually kinda nice because it reduced the noise level at night. The air conditioning worked well and cooled us from the blistering Vegas sun. We highly recommend this for anyone looking for a place in Vegas!

Spacious

Lots of room for the 5 of us. Nice to have a kitchen for making snacks and drinks. Plenty of bathroom space for girls getting ready. One shower didn't drain but after calling the front desk they sent maintenance and it was fixed right away! Rooms are clean and quiet, but they are right around the corner from the strip. If you want easy access to the strip this place is it. Would stay here again.

Home away from home in Las Vegas

What a great place! And at a great price! Roomy condo with everything you could want. ..clean, new, spacious, lots of light, comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked with dishwasher, fridge, toaster, dishes. No salt and pepper or spices. ..would be helpful if cooking. Master bathroom with big soaker Tub. Shower head was a little low (I'm 6'2") and spray was kind of rough...not s big deal though . Plenty of hot water. Towels nice and soft, changed out frequently by housekeeping. Location is Close to The Strip but away from the noise. Stag were very friendly and helpful. Pool on roof is nice but is only 3' deep. Hot tub was good. Great view from the roof. Parking is easy and free. No complaints. ..would definitely recommend to friends and will stay there again.
