scammed

Lorenso is a scammer.. took our money, when we got there no reservation found....not even him..but the Holiday Inn honored the price so we did get room. Room had musty smell but nice.

Absolutely a nightmare

Booked the place months in advance They canceled my room without any notice a day prior arrival without any notification in advance since they could get more for the place due to a upcoming show in Vegas We had no place to go since it was a last minute cancellation The coward Did not return any messages and phone call no moralities or respect stay away from this host at all cost will happen to you too They should be delisted from all the site to rent the place .

Bad experience!

Tried to check- in with reservation ID # and lady at counter said their reservations start with numbers not letters so I tried to contact host and didn’t get a response by phone or text. The receptionist said the same thing happened the day before to another person. Had to find last minute room elsewhere. I contacted Vrbo and received most of my money back, except the bank $25 fee.

Host didn't respond - no access to rental

Host never replied. Spent entire weekend trying to to find other accommodations. VRBO was very helpful but spent hours on the phone with them, several times. If host does not reply to your requests within 24 hours, think twice about keeping the reservation.
