Breathtaking view over the mountains, the Canigou, the plain and the blue line of the sea ! Peaceful area, just the ideal place to recover from work and spend an unforgetable time !

We loved staying in this beautiful villa with fabulous views. Interior is spacious and well-equipped and outside has several comfortable seating areas from which to enjoy the stunning scenery. The garden is mature with plenty of foliage and shrubs and a lovely swimming pool. Owner is friendly and accessible. Excellent location with easy access by car to supermarket only 2 minutes away and walking distance to Laroque with historic centre and good choice of restaurants. Highly recommended!

disappointing...

For such a high prize I expect: -a fresh house, here all doors and windows were completely closed for weeks so musty and damp... everywhere a mess, shortage of cutlery and crockery.. icecold and very dirty swimmingpool etc. so very disappointing...

belle maison idéalement située

maison spacieuse, climatisée et très bien située, entre mer et montagne. nombreuses randonnées à proximité, plage à 20min. idéal pour la famille. 3 points négatifs : -pas de barbecue sur la semaine (plus de gaz) -arrivée après 18h contre 17h annoncé, pas de possibilité de déposer les affaires avant cette heure -forfait ménage à 90€

Au calme avec vue exceptionnel

Globalement au top, maison spacieuse, lumineuse, au calme dans un joli petit village entre mer et montagne, mais qui mériterait un bon coup d'entretient ou renouvellement au niveau du mobilier du salon "apéro" extérieur. La table de Ping-pong était également hors d'usage.

Laisser-aller inacceptable de la propreté en période COVID et relative désinvolture du Gérant

Manifestement le protocole de propreté COVID 19 n'a pas été appliqué avant notre arrivée ce qui est inacceptable aujourd'hui : saleté inacceptable relevée dans différents pièces - traces de doigts graisseuses sur les vitres, sur les portes, barbecue très sale non nettoyé ....nous avons du refaire le travail de la femme de ménage...en outre des problèmes de maintenance sur la poubelle cassée (non remplacée) et sur certains contacteurs des volets ou interrupteurs électriques, nappes et dessus de lit tâchés, tapis de salle de bain tâchés. Le gérant à expédié la réception ayant manifestement autre chose à faire.... INDIGNE DU RESEAU ABRITEL que nous avons pratiqué plusieurs fois sans jamais rencontrer ce genre de situation. Une seule satisfaction : maison bien placée, bien décorée et fonctionnelle avec une jolie vue. Le défaut d'entretien et la gestion désinvolte gâchent le tout.....
