Our company was born from the will and conviction of my grandfather "Cocò" that no breed can thrive until he learns that there is as much dignity in cultivating a field as in composing a poem. Just as a poem was born in 1950 about our company, located in one of the most beautiful places in the world: the Belice Valley, a valley of art, culture and strong landscape identity. Our company is spread over about 14 hectares of land cultivated with olive trees, mainly the cultivar "Nocella del Belice" with elements of "Gruppusa", "Biancolilla" and "Palermitana" which give life to an oil, which we Sicilians would call " sapuritu "that is tasty, fragrant but also healthy and healthy, precious oil with character, rigorously cultivated and processed with organic methods. In 2006, based on an old rural building, we created a farmhouse for 50 years, according to the bucolic tradition, on the basis of an old rural building, which was used only as a warehouse for work tools. The operation wanted to maintain the style of architecture by giving a touch of "freshness" with the choice of blue window frames, evocative of the color of the sea, only a few kilometers away.
Today it is a welcoming structure surrounded by greenery. Breakfast will be offered to our guests in the verandas, so that they can enjoy the sweet scent of the olive trees which binds to the sparkling sea.
