Massimo was an amazing host by giving us very detailed check in instructions prior. Our host also provided us info during the stay in regards to finding great places to eat and things to see which was appreciated. The location is very close to the metro and you are in a very non-tourist area close to amazing local pasta restaurants and top-quality gelato place that has quality and prices you will not find in a tourist area.

About the host

I'm a film director, living in London. I'm a traveller and dreamer. I'm Italian but grew up in Canada, then spent a decade in Rome, and am now living a busy, work-filled life in the UK :)
Why they chose this property
I love my loft, I designed it myself, renovated it from the ground up, and like to be able to spend time there myself. So it's ideal for me to rent it out occasionally in order to offset the amusing and random bureaucratic fees the Italian government sporadicly decides to throw at us property owners!
What makes this property unique
The loft was built to be beautiful, as well as extremely functional. It is on the ground floor which makes having a street life a happy affair, allowing you to come and go frequently without having to face narrow stairs and lifts.
I love cooking and designed the kitchen to make creating gastronomical delights a breeze, with plenty of surface space, in-line gas stove (so larger pots have space to sit), and a very cool sink.
There are a lot of little custom, awesome features the loft has, but you'll have to discover those on your own!
