The property was great. Bianca was super. Food in area was delicious. We travelled by bus as location is quite far from Rome central. If you have a car much easier. Overall enjoyed our stay

Il centro di Roma è molto grande. La nostra casa si trova a Montesacro, una periferia storica costruita già nei primi del ‘900 lungo la prestigiosa e antica via Nomentana. Dista non più di due km dal centro. E’ molto ben collegata al cuore di Roma che si raggiunge in 35 minuti con un solo autobus. Certamente dopo avere camminato tanto la sera si è stanchi. Forse un taxi sarebbe la giusta soluzione.

A great place

We had a really great time in the apartment which is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We appreciated a lot the local restaurants and bars near the apartment which were less touristic and delicious, immersed with Italian people. Interestingly, the apartment is also well located to visit Rome since there is a direct bus to reach the center of Rome easily. Finally, special thanks to the hosts who have been very nice and helpful.

Perfect location if you want to be a stone’s throw the hustle and bustle of Rome but enjoy the piece and quiet of a typical residential area. we were here on sad family business so it was just what we needed. lovely hosts, they could n’t have been more helpful and understanding. the property was both comfortable and inviting.

A Few Days In Rome

We stayed at the property for about 4 days and were close enough to the main “centro” to drive (aprox 15 mins.) and see various attractions within those days without feeling rushed. The home it’s self was clean and had every basic amenity you would need (body wash, Q-tips, body, face and hand towels) as well as basic utensils needed to cook small meals. It was also air conditioned which is a huge plus in italy and not common. This is a perfect stay for couples or even a family that is looking for a convenient spot to explore Rome from!

Spacious and relaxing stay

A wonderful little apartment to say in right outside of the hustle and bustle of Rome. Super clean and with plenty of room and nice balcony and kitchen. Bianca was a wonderful host who gave us lots of recommendations and even hand drew us a map of the street with the restaurants, markets and bus stops. About a 30 minute ride to the centre of Rome with the bus two minutes down the road but it was nice to finish the days in a quiet part of the city.

Lovely apartment in convenient and well serviced neighbourhood

The apartment was lovely, quiet and well managed. Within about 100 meters there were 2 major bus lines and several good little restaurants and grocery stores. A little further were a couple of farmers markets, antique stores / flea markets and an excellent little high street. Central Rome and the big suburban shopping mall were about 30 minutes by bus. Everything I like!

The apartment was very clean with all the amentities we needed. Our host, Bianca, took the time to show us the apartment as well as explain the bus system (which the bus stop is within walking distance) and let us know which restaurants were good and close by. There is a small grocery store with prepared foods, fruit and basic grocery needs as well as a small "dollar store" type establishment that has other things. If we get the opportunity to visit Rome again, we would definitely see if her place is available.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

This apartment was wonderful for my trip to Italy with two friends. Our host was very accommodating. The apartment has AC and is very cozy in the August heat. Though it is further away from the major attractions than other Rome neighborhoods, the bus system is very efficient and there was a bus stop at the end of the block. We were able to travel to the city center with ease each day of our stay. Additionally, there are a variety of excellent restaurants and bars within a 20 minutes walk from the property. We especially recommend the Pinguino Goloso cafe just a few steps from the property for fresh pastries and espresso. I highly recommend staying at this listing!

Rome apartment

High-end comfortable apartment just outside central Rome. This was an excellent place to stay for our week's holiday and offered excellent accommodation. A bus ride into central Rome, the apartment offered good transport links to all the main sights. With two rooms, a neat kitchen, comfortable dining and lounge area, and pleasant bathroom we enjoyed the calm after a busy day in Rome! Host, Bianca, could not have been more helpful and was very quick to answer queries. The local area was more residential but a short walk into the suburbs offered interesting bars, restaurants and markets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Grazie!

Rome - in a regular non touristy neighbourhood

We enjoyed our stay at the Monte Sacro apartment in Rome. Bianca and Gjada our hosts were very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information. The apartment was lovely. Beautifully furnished. Situated in a regular neighbourhood with locals which we appreciated. Nearby groceries and gelateria. Bedrooms were neat and met our needs - 1 double bed for us adults and 2 singles for each of the children. Kitchen well supplied except, note that there is no oven although there is a toaster that can do slices of bread. Bus stop was easy to find and some days we used the Freenow app to order a taxi which worked easily. We would come again! Thank you for hosting us.

A GREAT PLACE!

This apartment was such a great stay for our trip to Rome. It has a great location away from the crowds and is so convenient to get to everything. We had delicious cappuccinos every morning from a nice little spot a few minutes from our place. Apartment was clean and kept well with all amenities we needed. Very convenient to all sites by bus which was at the corner. The busses ran every 10 minutes or so and took you right into town. From there it was an easy walk. We also used Uber a few times to the further spots, like Vatican City or Borghese gallery. The host, Bianca, was amazing. She offered us plenty of recommendations and advice. She was truly great. A MUST STAY! Truly a seamless and worry free experience. We are already looking forward to coming back!

When in Rome...

We had a wonderful experience at Bianca's apartment. It provided a high level of comfort, and Bianca herself was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to assist us in navigating from Roma Termini, offering valuable advice and recommendations for local eateries, attractions, and amenities. The apartment's location was conveniently close to a major bus line, allowing us to effortlessly explore the city using our transit cards and Apple Maps. Every evening, we could easily return home with a simple bus ride. On our last day, when we encountered a transportation issue back to Roma Termini, Bianca proved to be incredibly supportive in helping us find a solution. We wholeheartedly recommend her place to anyone who is comfortable using public transportation to explore the great city of Rome, Italy.

Alles Top, super Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Wohnung liegt am Rande von Rom und das Zentrum ist mit dem Bus leicht zu erreichen. Einfach perfekt für den Rombesuch.

Everything I needed

I had a very pleasant stay in this comfortable apartment. Bianca welcomed me and showed me round then remained at a discrete distance till I needed help to organise a taxi to the airport on check out. This she organised efficiently. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet with a couple of nice cafes nearby. There is a large park at the end of the road with a lovely walk along the river. This was a nice surprise in the city.

A casa é muito acolhedora, com tudo o que é necessário para uns dias de férias e de uma grande limpeza. Fomos bem recebidos pela dona da casa, que com muita simpatia nos ajudou com algumas informações úteis. O apartamento fica a 40 min. do centro, mas facilmente lá chegávamos de autocarro. É uma casa que aconselharei aos meus amigos se se deslocarem a Roma.

Io e una mia amica abbiamo trascorso cinque settimane a Roma. La struttura è funzionale, dotata di qualsiasi necessità. La proprietaria abita nell'appartamento accanto, per ogni evenienza è sempre disponibile e gentile. L'ubicazione è strategica: fermata del bus a pochissimi metri, negozietto di vario tipo nel quartiere ed eventualmente pista ciclabile nomentana non molto distante. Ci ritornerei assolutamente!
