Big & splendid penthouse of 160 sqm with side sea view from balconies and sea view from the terrace of 110 sqm. In a great & quiet part of Alicante city (old town), close to all amenities (bars, restaurants, museums, etc.), 100 meters from Beach, harbor and city hall. There are 3 bedrooms and an additional double bed in an open office space. If you have a car it can be parked in a pubic parking space for free just behind the house. Please let us know in advance to arrange necessary authorization. Apartment fully refurbished in January / February 2019.
