It consists of a large living room, kitchenette, three bedrooms - two doubles and one with bunk beds - and two bathrooms. Outside there is a large garden, equipped with wooden table and chairs, wicker lounge, chaise longue and umbrella, and a large panoramic terrace located on the upper floor.

Bed linen and towels are not included. Consumption of water, electricity and gas is included in the price. The final cleaning is at the guest's charge. For a fee there is the possibility to contact staff for the daily cleaning of the villa.

By purchasing the Club Card, there is the possibility to use the services of the village, including swimming pools, entertainment and mini club, tennis courts and other recreational activities. The Maritalia Village is surrounded by greenery, surrounded by ancient olive groves and beautiful ornamental plants. Inside parking is provided - not guarded - for a car.

From the village you can easily reach picturesque places (Isole Tremiti, Foresta Umbra) and world-famous religious centers (the Sanctuary of Padre Pio in San Giovanni Rotondo and the Sanctuary of San Michele Arcangelo in Monte Sant'Angelo).

Geräumig, recht sauber, leider nicht ganz wie beschrieben

Die Kommunikation lief gut. Die Wohnung ist Teil einer Hotelanlage am Hang und liegt am oberen Rand mit wunderschönem Meerblick von der Dachterrasse aus. Leider muss man für die Benutzung des Pools/Bar pro Person von Samstag bis Samstag noch extra bezahlen und die Abendanimation geht lautstark bis in die Nacht hinein. Die Wohnung ist geräumig aber in die Jahre gekommen. Herd funktioniert schlecht Backofen gar nicht. Schöner Vorgarten und kleiner Außenbereich. Liegt unterhalb des touristischen Städtchens Peschici. Fußmarsch ins Zentrum 20‘ BERGAUF 😊 Schöne Strände und Buchten aber im italienischen Sardinenstil😉 Ausflüge in benachbarte Dörfer und Städtchen lohnen sich auch mit dem Fahrrad wenn man gut bei Puste ist. Unterm Strich ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
