Very nice renovated apartment on the 2nd floor of a village house in La Salle-les-Alpes. South facing, with a small balcony. Very calm. 5 minutes walk from the departure of the slopes of L'Aravet and 10 minutes from Frejus.
The duplex apartment has an area of 90 m2.
On the 'ground floor': living room with corner sofa, kitchen area. Recent electric oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, classic coffee maker and Nespresso. 1 room with a bed 140, 1 small room with bunk beds. Bathroom with bath. Hair dryer. Separate WC.
On the floor: big mezzanine with bed in 180, room of shower and TOILET. Sitting area with sofa.
In the entrance to the house, a lockable ski closet is available.
Free Wi-Fi connection, landline telephone, TV with Freeview, DVD player, Hi-Fi, books and comics available.
Possible rental of linens on the spot (the person who gives the keys can take care of it). Note: a cleaning fee of 50 € is to be paid on the spot.
No access for disabled person.

Pistes faciles d accès, lieu comme sur les photos : spacieux, chaleureux, moderne et confortable.Petit point de vigilance pour l accès de l appartement qui se fait par l arrière du bâtiment qui peut être encombré par la neige et un peu pentu. Nous cela ne nous a pas gêné mais je pense qu avec une poussette, un bébé ou une personne âgée cela peut demander un effort surtout si le sol a gelé. Le gérant avait bien géré en mettant du gravier sur le chemin c était vraiment un super service d accueil et de suivi durant le séjour

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, 2 couples + 1 bébé. L’appartement est fonctionnel et l’emplacement est bon (casier disponibles pour les skis/chaussures dans les magasins a promixité des pistes pour plus de confort) Petit + pour les restaurants aux alentours ou nous nous sommes régalés !

Bonjour Xavier, il n’y a en principe pas d’acariens au-delà de 1200 m d’altitude. Ce sont plus vraisemblablement les oreillers en plume qui vous ont dérangés. C’est dommage, parce que Nathalie aurait pu vous en prêter d’autres si vous lui en aviez parlé… La prochaine fois, n’hésitez pas à vous manifester ! Bon été ! Marion

L'appartement est très confortable et il accueille facilement une famille de 6 personnes. L'espace vie est très agréable et chaleureux et les chambres adultes sont spacieuses (surtout la mezzanine). La situation est idéale : à 5 minutes des pistes et au centre du vieux village. Les commerces sont aussi à proximité. Une mention particulière pour l'accueil qui nous a été réservé : Nathalie et la propriétaire sont aux petits soins et elles sont d'une grande gentillesse ! La location est en tout point conforme à la description. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et bien agencé. Nous y avons passé 15j à 6 sans nous y sentir à l'étroit. Sa situation à deux pas des commerces est idéale et le rayonnement sur tout le Brianconnais au départ de Serre Chevalier est très facile. Nous soulignons la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire et de la personne qui nous a accueillis sur place qui ont toutes deux été très prévenantes. C'est donc une très bonne adresse que nous recommandons.

Superbe appartement avec beaucoup de charme, on y est comme chez soi. Tres bien equipé et décoré avec beaucoup de gôut. Tres facile d y vivre avec les enfants car beaucoup de place avec sa mezzanine. Idealement placé au calme au centre du village ( pour tous ces petits restaurants), les pistes sont accessibles tres facilement à pied, en fait pas besoin de voiture tout se fait à pied. Et le petit plus un accueil très sympa sur place et une proprietaire tres à l'écoute et très accueillante . Sans hésitation prêt pour y retourner

Logement très accueillant, très chaleureux, très confortable et surtout très bien situé. En tout point conforme à la description. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Tout y est comme à la maison. Propriétaires toujours réactives et disponibles. Très bon contact. Nous avons adoré notre semaine. Qu'une seule envie: y revenir au plus vite ! Encore Merci !
