Very practical , location is ideal central for 10min walk to tram, centre old town , beach, markets, hypermarkets, parks .etc The apartment clean with plenty towels & bedding , great having a washing machine , all you need for a holiday. An iron would be handy.

Le logement est correct. L'emplacement à proximité du centre de Bénidorm est un atout.

la proximité du centre de Bénidorm et des plages. Le canapé est en mauvais état et la porte de la chambre est dure à ouvrir. elle frotte sur le carrelage.

Cela fais deux années que nous séjournons dans cet immeuble et nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Nous n ‘avions pas assez de vaisselles. La connexion internet en supplément n était pas très bonne.

Malgré l'épidémie qui nous compliqué la vie, nous avons eu un super a accueil, l'appartement très bien situé entre les boutiques, les bars et la plage parfait pour satisfaire toute la famille.

Lovely modern apartment in great location

Having stayed in this block before we knew the location was excellent. Central for the old town, only a 5 minute walk and around 10-15 to the new town. Large Mercadona right next door. Private pool that was never busy. The apartment itself is bright and modern. All the essentials you need, washing machine, ironing board, iron, fridge etc. Only minimal point was that there is no air con, luckily it wasn't too hot when we were there in September but air con would be a great feature to add.

La propreté, le silence dans le bâtiment, la vue et la proximité du centre de Bénidorm. La proximité du super marché. Il manque une cafetière électrique et un aspirateur
