Margi Villas is a fairly new two-villa complex, which includes Pearl and Emerald Villa. Surrounded by a natural landscape, overlooking the most beautiful sandy beach of Mykonos, Kalo Livadi (dist. 800m), the two villas allow the guests to get the most out of the marvellous scenery from their generous pool terraces - both featuring an infinity edge pool , Hot Tube and shaded pergolas for outdoor dining and moments of pure relaxation.
Kalo Livadi is host of the famous Beach Bar-Restaurant Solymar

• We offer complimentary cleaning every 2nd day. If you prefer daily cleaning, we can provide it for an additional €120 per day on the days not already covered by the complimentary service.

Pearl Villa can be rented together with Emerald Villa as they are located in the same 8 acres field offering a total of 13 Bedrooms and can accommodate 25 Guests.

Girls Trip to Greece

This house was what we were hoping for plus more. It allowed us to feel luxurious and enjoy the beauty that is Mykonos. Between the amazing host that Ketty is, the best Chef service from Giannis.. our time was lovely. We would recommend this space again for family, friends or both. Money well spent. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Location of property was excellent;great view over the beach. The villa was well kept and modern. However, we did feel in some ways it didn't really cater for a large party like ours: there were only four sun beds for 10 people ; there was not enough seating around the inside and outside dining tables nor was there sufficient fridge and freezer space for 10 and the kitchen was really small for the size of the property. In general it would have been helpful to have had a folder with manuals for electrical items as well as useful information re: places to visit and restaurants.

You won't want to leave

We’ve stayed at quite a few vacation properties and this one is by far the best. That’s saying a lot because they almost always seem to be good. This one, though, will become a permanent and cherished part of our travel memories. The owner and the owner’s representative communicated extremely well, and that’s an extra plus during these weird travel times. The owner was especially accommodating. Bottom line: zero communications issues. We had four adults and three teenagers. The property handled all of that nicely. We all had enough space to ourselves and when everyone gathered at once, there was plenty of room for that, too. We never felt cramped, including mealtime. The house itself is straight-out-of-a-magazine stunning, but the view is absolutely breathtaking. Looking out across the Aegean Sea to Naxos and overlooking the Kalo Livadi beach down below, you just can’t believe where you are. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. Two covered areas, plenty of seating, and of course, that infinity pool. The outdoor television projection was used most nights, too. (Tip: Bring your binoculars.) The property is about 12 minutes from Mykonos Town, situated near Kalo Livadi Village. There are plenty of nice restaurants, beach clubs, grocers, and an A+ butcher close by, making Kalo Livadi a peaceful getaway from the noise and hustle of Mykonos Town, which isn’t far away, anyway. Basically, what I’m saying is that if you’re afraid you’ll be missing out because you’re in Kalo Livadi, you’d be wrong. It’s also situated equally close to three great beaches, all within a five-minute drive: Kalo Livadi (which you overlook from the house), Agia Anna, and Kalfati. I haven’t surveyed the entire island, but I bet there aren’t many properties close to three beaches. A property manager comes with the house, and she was splendid. Beyond making certain that the villa was always in working order (it was), she arranged our pickup from the port, our rental cars, and van services when we needed those. She can also arrange for chefs to prepare meals at the house. Housekeeping is daily and unobtrusive. Each room and the outdoor area were thoroughly cleaned every day. Towels and sheets were kept fresh. With seven people, this was a godsend. The kitchen was also well equipped—including a new coffeemaker, panini machine, and toaster. There’s also a washer and dryer. Any complaints? Yes: We’re not there right now. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

A lovely stay on Mykonos

We had a fabulous stay at Pearl Villa. The outside area was outstanding. So many different spaces to use for eating or relaxing., which we did a lot of! Stunning views across Kalo Livadi beach and bay from the whole outside area. Cleaners came every day and the Villa manager was on hand whenever we asked for her help.

Simply the best!

This villa will not disappoint! The owner has taken great care to equip the property with everything you can imagine to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The home is very spacious with lots of room for large parties. We spent a lot of time on the pool deck and even enjoyed a late night movie on the big screen - a big hit with our teens. Effie was a huge help and gave us a lot of good tips. She was very responsive and also went out of her way to help me with a personal situation which I very much appreciated. The home is cleaned daily and we were very pleased with how well the house is maintained. Great WiFi throughout the house. The owners app was very helpful and I highly recommend downloading it. The beach is about 15 mins away by foot and parts of it are uphill. We found a fabulous Italian restaurant close to the beach which we highly recommend called L’Aragosta. Excellent and fresh Italian pasta, pizza and salads. We went there twice because we loved the food and the service. The villa is located about 25 mins from the heart of Mykonos so if you’re looking for quick access to the bars and downtown nightlife keep this in mind. We enjoyed being away from the crowds. Nikos the owner was also very prompt and responsive in all our communications. Overall - we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this home for large groups. We were 9 people but the home could probably comfortably fit 12 people. Also, if you need transportation whilst in Mykonos I highly recommend the company that Effie put us in touch with. They were very prompt and always had beautiful vans to transport our large group across the island. Thank you Nikos and Effie!

Amazing villa especially for large group

There was a large group of us staying in the villa for 4 nights and we had an amazing time. The villa is stunning as is the location overlooking the sea. There is plenty of space indoor and outdoor and the infinity pool is beautiful. Effie, the concierge, provided a top class service for us advising on where to go, booking tables, arranging transport and also getting some shopping in for us arriving. We used a private transfer service to get around the island and the drivers were very friendly and professional at all times. We had a maid service each day, but this is the only area that I would say needs to be improved as they didn't clean the bathrooms which I would have expected, however, I am sure this will be dealt with so wont affect my overall 5 star rating. I would highly recommend this villa particularly for groups. We had a fabulous time and would love to go back one day.

Pearl Villa on the right of the estate , located in a 4 acres flat landscape , is an exceptionally large charming summer residence located on the Southeastern area of Mykonos, in a privileged wind-sheltered location, with magnificent views of the marvellous bay and turquoise waters. It is within a short distance of Kalo Livadi, one of the most beautiful beaches on Mykonos, and Kalafatis Beach – well known for being the island’s main water sport location.
The concept of the property features a very outdoorsy approach with various options at anytime of the day: whether it is enjoying the infinity pool, a moment of relaxation reading a novel under a shaded sea view pergola, watching a film in the outdoor Home Cinema, or a meal in one of the two outdoor shaded dining spaces with beautiful scenery in the background. One of the two outdoor pergolas has a wide dining area with BBQ, and the other a direct entrance to the kitchen, which is ideal for entertaining guests, whilst enjoying magnificent sea views.
Great attention to detail is shown throughout the furnishing of the outdoor area and especially the lighting that at night bring a vibrant touch to the villa’s exterior spaces.
The property is built on two levels: the entrance being the one dedicated to the spacious living room leading to the pergola, which opens directly onto the formal dining area, both with gorgeous sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped and well positioned for either indoor or outdoor entertaining. The cozy yet elegant decor of the house features white and wooden furniture, which blends harmoniously with the Cycladic architecture.

The five well-appointed bedrooms of the property are in the ground floor of the villa with direct access to the pool and the fifth in the upper level of the house offering amazing sea views. A good level of privacy is also possible due to the layout of the property where most of the bedrooms are places in lateral positions compared to the main living area .
