Brand new house 300 mts. away from the beach (7 minutes walk) with one of the best locations, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Punta del Este's Peninsula. It's strategically situated 15 minutes away from Jose Ignacio and 10 minutes from La Barra, while it's only 20 minutes from Punta del Este's port.
About the house and its amenities:
This spacious house / villa has 431.5 m2 built; 721m2 of garden & Swimming Pool 6 x 3 mts size with 1,5 to 2 m deep.
Capacity: 11 people with comfortable sommiers. The house has a large living-room with excellent sightseeing. It has 5 Bedrooms (2 Suites) plus service bedroom and 5 bathrooms (1 with Jacuzzi).
The house and equipment is all brand new, since it has been built in 2011. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances while the house is temperature controlled by the following:
to. Heating for winter by radiant-floor in bedrooms and bathrooms added to 2 Wood Fireplaces (1 in Suite and other one in the living-room)
b. Air Conditioning for summer if needed
Outside the house:
to. There's a laundry and drying - place
b. Upper floor: decks with wooden equipment and complete barbecue for the typical Uruguayan "roast". Barbecue place and Pergola with table and bench in hardwood, for 11 people
c. Ground floor: stone floor with wooden beds and sommiers for sunbathing.
d. Outdoor shower Large field fenced Automatic irrigation (garden)
and. Nice swimming pool Pool 6 x 3 mts size with 1,5 to 2 m deep.

Holiday Travel

We had two families traveling together for the holidays. The house slept all 9 of us comfortably. The Host was very responsive and made the check in very easy. He also addressed any issues that we had right away, even during the holiday. It was a very comfortable house for two families.

The magic that is PDE

Incredible location - walking to Manantiales which has the cutest bars and restaurants and quick drive to Jose Ignacio and La Barra, the best neighborhoods in the area. Martin was kind and responsive and super accommodating for our large group. Best stay ever we can't wait to come back!!

Muy buenas vacaciones en un lugar increíble, el clima fue perfecto, la casa es muy cómoda, moderna y tiene gran capacidad. La playa esta a 200 mts por lo que ningún día tuvimos que ir en vehículo, simplemente caminas y llegas. La casa la recibimos limpia y en buen estado. Muy buen trato con el dueño quien mostró buena disposición.
