t4 completely renovated in June 2011 in the picturesque village house, sea view, 10 km north of Bastia (20mn), 3 two double bedrooms and one with 2 * 2 bunk beds, living room with sea view bz, August 10 seater table, bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 toilets; kitchen sea view with electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave parking at 150 meters, a true Corsican village between sea and mountains with narrow streets, very quiet, at the foot of Monte Stello, pebble beach 10 minutes by road, 1100m walk a quarter of an hour to get down, half an hour to ride, Alpine village 200 m, sandy beach 30 minutes by road, rocky coast and coves wild sand.
If you want to discover an authentic Corsican village and enjoy the seaside and the tranquility of the mountains, far from the touristy places; where the stones speak.

Casa Ruffini est au cœur du hameau de Poretto , perché dans les hauteurs de Lavasina. Dénis est en hôte attentif et très gentil. La maison est bien équipée . Nous avons particulièrement aimé la terrasse où était bon passer du temps en famille. Recommandé

Joli séjour dans le cap Corse

Sejour agréable dans une vieille maison corse bien rénovée. 20 minutes de descente pour aller a la mer et 35 minutes de marche sportive pour rentrer. Une terrasse très très agréable pour la vue dehors. Merci pour votre accueil.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem ursprünglichen Haus oben am Berg. Weg zum Strand runter 15 Minuten, hoch 30 Minuten mit viel Schweiß... Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick, leider dauerhaftes Lüftergeräusch (Klimaanlage), bei 35 Grad aber nicht zu ändern. Küche vollständig ausgestattet. Sehr netter Vermieter! Kommunikation trotz fehlender Französisch Kenntnisse immer unproblematisch, etwas Englisch bzw. Google Übersetzer. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Bonne location

Belle maison bien agencée et très bien équipée . La terrasse extérieure est très agréable . Le propriétaire est très accueillant et prêt à donner de bons conseils sur les environs et les sites à visuel . Petit bémol l éloignement de la mer qui oblige la prise constante de la voiture parfois un peu pénible pour seulement une petite baignade .

Vacances au calme dans un cadre exceptionnel

Nous avons apprécié ce cadre très calme, dans un village suspendu avec une vue superbe sur la mer. La location est très pratique, décorée avec goût, la terrasse permet de déjeuner ou diner dans un cadre idyllique, et la maison étant ancienne permet des nuits au frais. Le seul bémol serait l'éloignement de la plage, qui demande l'utilisation d'un véhicule. Location idéalement placée pour découvrir le cap corse. Nous la conseillons!!!

Maison typique au coeur d'un magnifique village

Nous avons beaucoup appréciés la maison et le village. La jolie terrasse ombragée, à l'abri du vent nous a permis de manger en famille chaque jour avec vue sur la mer en contrebas. L'accueil a été très agréable et la maison a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût par le propriétaire. La plage de Lavasina est accessible à pied en 10 minutes pour la descente, la remontée est réservée aux sportifs !!! En résumé, nous recommandons cette location.

Au calme, avec vue sur mer

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Brando, village préservé du Cap Corse. A un quart d'heure à pied de la plage,(un peu plus au retour, car ça grimpe dur) la location qui vient d'être entièrement rénovée avec goût nous a permis de visiter tout le cap tout en restant proche de Bastia; pratique pour les courses. Mention spéciale à la très agréable terrasse qui permet de prendre tous les repas en ayant un joli coup d'oeil sur la mer. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Le gîte est bien équipé et cette une adresse que nous recommandons.

Un endroit très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à 9 (4 adultes et 5 enfants) dans cette maison située dans un très joli village, avec la plage de Lavasina à une dizaine de minutes à pied en descendant. L'accueil du propriétaire a était chaleureux et respectueux de ce qui était annoncé au préalable, même le linge de maison était fournis. Merci encore, nous recommandons cette location et n'hésiterons pas à revenir un jour.
