Villa Maira is located at Afytos (Athytos) in Kasandra Chalkidiki on a plot ¼ acre, in a well known area by the cut stone houses and roads of exceptional architectural beauty and character. Nearby emerald green beaches combined with the wonderful sea and mountainous sites will offer you relaxing moments. Having a variety of choices , guests can swim in more than 40 beaches, from small isolated to big cosmopolitan ones. You can also discover the rocky seasites or the green ones with pine trees spread to the edge of the sea! The nearest isolated beach with view to the second finger of Halkidiki – Sithonia - and mount Athos of the third finger can be reached in 10 min walk or 3-4 min drive.


Our peaceful and quiet villa -with both sea and mountain views-has been developed in three levels – floors featuring enormous outdoor space. It is made of stone according to the local tradition that is very functional. It is bathed in greek sunshine every hour of the day, however, it has shaded and refreshing areas to enjoy.

Villa Maira can comfortably accomodate three to four families or groups of people and consists of the following spaces :

• 3 lounge rooms, one at each level.

• 2 fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and washing machines. (One on the Ground floor and one on the first floor)

• 5 bedrooms with large double beds. There are also beds in the lounge rooms which can accomodate 4-5 more guests.

• 5 bathrooms – WC (Ground floor: 1 ensuite and 1 bathroom, 1st floor: 1 ensuite1 WC, 2ndfloor: 1 bathroom)

• 2 dinning areas (One on the Ground floor and one on the 1st floor)


We provide you holidays of high quality combined with excellent facilities. Privacy for all, as you will be protected from any outside intervention by the special purpose made fence and ingress. The colored big yard of the villa is covered by grass and part of it has been transformed to a small orchard with peach, apple, cherry, pomegranate, fig trees and vines. Our quests can enjoy the fully equipped BBQ space and the wood oven if they prefer to roast their fresh fish or delicious meat provided by the local market.

Night lights have been installed on the fence surrounding the yard as well as in discrete corners inside it, which can be controlled by the guest according to the mood and the moon light! As an alternative option to the busy cosmopolitan life of Kalithea and Sany beach, our heavenly-made garden offers more intimate and relaxing moments!


We provide guides and maps to our visitors for the most popular excursions of the area. Despite that, there is always space for some discovering adventure!!

Villa Maira is located in the middle of the first finger, therefore, visitors can have easy access to every part of it! The cosmopolitan seasites with a great number of beach bars, restaurants, tavernas and noumerous everyday facilities can be reached in 10 min drive. Travelling a bit further, our guest can visit the cosmopolitan Sany Resort, the beautiful tavernas of Pefkochori village as well as the nearby Glarocavos beach with its amazing beauty. The villa can also act as a base for exploring the second finger of Halkidiki, Sithonia.
