We've been going to Rod Run for 20 years and have bounced around trying to find the perfect house to accommodate our group and still be close to town. This year we finally found the perfect house. This house has everything you need and when I say that it's an understatement! We highly recommend staying at his house. The house was clean and the craftsmanship was amazing.

Located a short walk from the beach, this house is super comfortable, well stocked with absolutely everything you might need (including a game room!), and large enough to accommodate a group! We really enjoyed our stay!

The kitchen is amazing! Best one I have ever seen in a VRBO or anywhere really. We love cooking with cast iron and usually bring our own. What a treat to find well seasoned pans. Loved that everything was labeled. The hot tub was top notch too. All beds were extremely comfortable with a lovely layout so family groups had privacy and enough bathrooms for a large group. The game room is spectacular! The beach walk was a bit further than expected but great exercise and not that far just a bit of a hike to go back for the bathroom especially with little ones. We highly recommend this home.

Incredible property

Although only there for a couple of nights, I can’t imagine a better vacation spot for a family. The kids had an absolute blast and repeatedly asked when we might be able to come back.

What an incredible house and location! Set back from an easy path through the grasses to the beach, fantastic amenities, and the most fully stocked kitchen we have ever visited. The game room is remarkable, at one point all nine of us were in there playing pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, and MsPacman! The owner is incredibly responsive and thorough and every detail is thought of. We had a fantastic vacation and we will absolutely be back to enjoy this beautiful property!

Great beach spot!

Very clean, beautiful home. Walking distance to beach. Loved the beach volleyball court and game room. Very well thought out property with activities, games, beach supplies, etc. We will be back for sure!

Most organized VRBO home ever

Everything about this place is perfect except maybe the memory foam beds have too many memories of where people slept in the past.

Brand new Tempur-pedic mattresses for both master suites. The feather bed topper benefits from an occasional fluffing (housekeeping does this between each guest)

Cousin reunion

We had 10 total for our little reunion. The house was absolutely perfect for us. Proximity to the beach was great, the house was immaculate and the game room was a much enjoyed bonus. We definitely plan to return in the future!!

Girls weekend

Had great time. The house was perfect for 8 women on a girls trip. The house has everything needed. I would very surprised if you came up with something it doesn’t have. Easy drive to town. Easy walk to the beach.

Amazing property

We had an amazing vacation as a family of four as well as my parents (kid’s grandparents). There were endless activities to do at the property, including the game room, board games, volleyball, and yard games. The place was set up so well and everything was thought of! Definitely an amazing place and well taken care of! Thank you for letting us enjoy it.

The best stocked VRBO we have every stayed in. Loved all the extra special touches!

Great for a family get together. Loved the coziness and special though for all the extra touches. Comfortable beds, volleyball court, beach wagon, game room, blankets and fireplace. Kids loved the juicer, everything is very well organized, and really comfortable beds. So close to the beach and centrally located. We loved our stay and hope to be back! Kept 6 teenagers engaged and busy.

Great house!

The house is lovely, very comfortable and complete. The whole family enjoyed the game room, the outdoor volley ball court, the jacuzzi and easy access to the beach. The master showers were amazing. The kitchen was well organized and fully equipped. We enjoyed time together, but also space to spread out.
