We are Julia and Nicholas, the owners of this new and renovated apartment '' Blue House - Red Rose '' located in the historic center of Verona less than 100 meters from the Arena, great location to go see concerts and operas!
The historical context of the building and the modern design of the Blue House - Red Rose - Apartment blend together in a unique and original environment designed to offer a pleasant and peaceful stay.
'' Blue House - Red Rose '' Apartment consists of:
Open space of 40 square meters with table and sofa bed
The double bed is elevated from the ground and has mastered the open space
a kitchen equipped in all with microwave
a lovely balcony overlooking the historic courtyard of the palace
a bathroom with washing machine

everything provided, gives the possibility of a 3 persons can be accommodated comfortably and move comfortably in all the places surrounding the city of Verona, Lake Garda, Venice, Milan, thanks to the proximity to the Verona Porta Nuova train station (1km ).

For those coming by car parking it costs Center only € 10 for 24 hours and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes or via free shuttle bus that stops in front of '' Blue House - Red Rose '' Apartment. Or parking Cittadella 18 € for 24 hours a 2-minute walk.

It also features a 24-inch LED TV, air conditioning and WiFi.
It does not include the city tax of € 1,50 per person per night.

Nice stay in Verona!

Great location, and looks like the pictures. Definitely a unique place, but the pictures show exactly what it looks like. It was a nice space with the cutest balcony that we had breakfast at every morning. Kitchen equipped with salt, coffee, oil, etc. I would stay here again, especially for the price!

A quiet studio apartment with a balcony in a building dating from the 13th century.

A comfortable studio apartment with quirky decor in an old palazzo. Quiet but in the old city close to all the sights. The host was very helpful. A lift made moving luggage easy. Our only suggestion would be that the toilet flusher tends to stick and needs repairing.

Location is great. Nevertheless: there is not parking on site or available, as said in the Expedia property site. Then, parking is NOT included in your rate and you have to park in a public parking at a cost of Euro 21 per day. Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans l'appartement, très bel immeuble, équipement correct, aménagement original. Nous avons apprécié d'être à 2 mn des arènes tout en étant totalement au calme. Les équipements sont corrects, même si certaines choses commencent à dater un peu (fauteuil, frigo, écoulement de la douche un peu long)

Alles war wie besprochen und gezeigt. Klimaanlage hat bei 30 Grad wunderbar funktioniert. Sehr ruhig, auch wenn man mitten in der Stadt ist. Ein bisschen kann man kalten Rauch wahrnehmen. War aber nicht weiter schlimm.

Perfekt och mysigt boende nära opera arenan

Vi bodde 6 nätter i denna moderna lägenhet. Nära arenan. Nära alla mysiga piazzor.Nära till bussar som tar dig tex till Gardasjön. Mycket mysiga kvarter med restauranger och cafer. Lägenheten har en balkong som ligger ut mot borggården. Bra ac som var skönt i juli-augusti. Tyst och lugnt inget som stör. Stor upphöjd säng som var bra, och likaså bäddsoffan. Bra kök. Och bra badrum.Vi hadde toppen dagar i Verona med Opera och tur till Gardasjön.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement La hauteur de la literie est particulière et interessante avec un excellent matelas et des draps de qualité. Toutefois il n'est pas adapté pour les handicapés. A moins d'utiliser le petit lit pliable. L'appartement est silencieux et à 5 minutes à pied des arènes

We went to Verona one of the hottest weeks of the year, but the central location of this apartment made it easy to take short breaks in the aircooled apartment. The backyard terrace had some shadow which made it possible to sit outside even on these super hot days. We were traveling with a kid which loved to climb on the modernistic bed. So we hade to move some elements around to avoid accidents. But that we could have seen on the pictures as well. Well equipped apartment, and trouble free communication with the hosts.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé

L' appartement est parfaitement propre et équipé de tout le nécessaire, la literie est excellente. Il est situé dans un palais, c'est très beau et très calme. Il est à deux pas de l'Arena, la situation est parfaite pour visiter à pied la magnifique ville de Vérone ainsi que la région (lac de Garde, Padoue, Venise...). Giulia nous a fourni un pass pour pouvoir garer la voiture gratuitement dans le quartier, c'est très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. 5 sur 5!
