This elegant residence, located on the ground floor of a lovely recently renovated building, is located in the characteristic San Zeno neighborhood. The entire apartment, although furnished in a modern style, is characterized by a ceiling with exposed beams which gives the house a sense of warmth. The independent entrance opens directly onto the large living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, an elegant glass table with 4 chairs, and the kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom furnished with a wardrobe with mirrored doors.
The elegant and modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer and WI-FI.
