Comprised of islands, lagoons and secluded sandy beaches, El Gouna is a leisure paradise where troubles are left behind and your mind, spirit and body are renewed. Treat yourself to some much deserved pampering at World class spas, rejuvenate your mind as you work out in the LAX gym, sit back, chill and relax in one of the many and varied restaurants and bars, walk down either of the beautiful marina's taking in breathtaking views of the beautiful boats and pleasure crafts, visit the towns art village, enjoy live music in one of the many entertainment venues, or kite-surfing and diving (including lessons) - El Gouna really is " Life as it should be". 3 large bedrooms including en suite, secure off road parking, own extremely private pool (which can be heated during cooler months for additional cost) in large private gardens a stone's throw away from the 2 marinas, beaches/restaurants/shops and downtown areas. Transfers can be arranged to and from airport (for optional fee). Please note that additional cleaning practices have now been adopted at the villa in light of the current global issues with Covid 19. The entire property is fully disinfected after each rental. Special attention is paid to all touch points and hard surfaces. If you require any additional cleaning or laundry during your stay, this can be arranged locally via the property Manager for an additional fee. The property has been significantly renovated in November 2021 and now enjoys new efficient air conditioning throughout as well as significant improvements throughout. Please note that once your booking is made, the villa owner will email you with discount vouchers for local restaurants and bars which can be used during the duration of your holiday for both food and drink.

Beautiful villa in an excellent location

This wonderful villa is even better in real life than in the pictures. The facilities are great and the kitchen well equipped. It is perfectly located a short walk (10 minutes) from Abu Tig Marina. The pool is amazing and the location is very quiet. The owner is super responsive and helpful.

A* property . Pool was amazing and used daily. All the facilities anyone would need. Nice tv with all channels, Netflix, Amazon etc etc . Amazing seating areas to accommodate many travellers. Fully stocked kitchen area with larger fridge freezer and all the appliances needed . Overall a great property in a great secure location. Would recommend this to all and hopefully will get to go back there again in the future

Fantastic well equipped villa in great location

The villa is beautiful inside and out. Spacious, well equipped with a beautiful pool and garden area. Located in South Marina complex where we have stayed 3 times before and love the tranquility and peace there. Communication with Emma, the villa owner has been great throughout, and the local caretaker Jonah is on hand to welcome you upon arrival. Central location for an easy walk to different areas of El Gouna. Great choices of restaurants in Downtown or the Abu Tig marina. Recommend Puddleducks restaurant in Downtown, great food and service! Best way supermarket and Drinkies in Downtown area for all your grocery needs. If you are into diving or snorkelling trips then we highly recommend Dream Team Divers. Don’t hesitate to book, you will love it and we look forward to return again.

A great Experience

I use VRBO often and this is by far the best experience I have had so far. The owner of the home was very easy to get a hold of and very understanding. She did everything she could to help ensure our stay was perfect. Her home was absolutely beautiful and the property is better than advertised with the photos. The property is extremely private and quiet and we have already made recommendations to friends and family to stay there. We will be returning.

Wonderful villa Stay from 03.12-18.12.2020

The villa is a dream Very private with a beautiful garden and pool I felt at home. Nothing was missing, the kitchen is well equipped Dining and living room very inviting The bedrooms are super furnished and comfortable You can go anywhere very quickly with the Tucktuck. I can only recommend this villa, would have loved to stay longer. At this point, many thanks for the early check-in and later check out. The owners are great, quick response and everything went well on site. Definitely trustworthy

Super Villa

The villa was exactly want we wanted, quiet, private, clean and well supplied. The pool and garden were maintained daily. All of it done early so not to interfere with your day. Any minor issues we had were dealt with swiftly and the management were on hand to help at all times. Great location, based inside another small, secure command in El Gouna and with in easy walkable distance situated between Downtown and the Marina. Enjoyed it so much we have already re-booked.

Particular strengths are privacy (including in the pool area), the responsiveness and friendliness of the owner and agent overseeing the property, the location very close to downtown, and the layout of the villa. Would definitely book it again in future.

Wonderful Stay

It was really nice villa and have everything we could need or want and clean. Thanks Emma and mike for the super cooperation Only one little comment for development the feeling of the privacy as Mike was coming and checking almost every day in the morning,suddenly found him in the garden :) Overall it was wonderful vacation and for sure will do it again next year.

We have been travelling to El Gouna for over 18 years, having fell in love with the resort and year long sunshine we purchased our first property 16 years ago - recently we were fortunate enough to secure the purchase of Villa 7 and it is a dream come true - El Gouna really is "Life as it should be".

Why they chose this property

Villa 7 has everything you could want - a home from home but in the beautiful sunshine but always with a cooling breeze ensuring no humid conditions. El Gouna offers some spectacular views along its coastline and the 2 marinas are breath-taking - some of the most beautiful boats you could ever wish to see. So much to do and see in either of the downtown or marina areas. Only a short transfer from airport (approx. 25 minutes- transfers can be arranged). The heated pool comes in to its own in the slightly cooler months (Nov - Feb). The villa is surrounded by 6 metre hedge line and is completely secure with gated (lockable) entrance. Parking available within grounds of villa but transport also available by taxi, tuk tuk or local bus at minimal charge.

What makes this property unique

Privacy and peace were essential to us whilst enjoying our own holidays and this villa offers both and much more besides - it is one of the most private villas in El Gouna - being within close and easy walking distance to all amenities was also a must and again Villa 7 offers this - everything can be accessed in a 10 minute walk in either direction.
