Excellent service all round, beautiful villa and great at keeping in touch and updating us. Although we appreciate the high level of maintenance on the property it was slightly off putting having workmen, pool men, gardeners come around every day when we wanted some private time to sunbathe. Would love to return and highly recommend.

Great stay!

Brilliant villa with immaculate pool and gardens. Private access to lagoon right behind the garden gives a very different dimension to the stay. Fully private and quiet yet close to downtown hub of El Gouna. The owner is highly efficient and supportive answering numerous questions prior to our stay and helped with car-hire etc, over and above expectations. Will almost certainly return soon.

Amazing villa

A fantastic villa in a lovely peaceful location easy to get tuc tucs to get around spent lots of lazy days by the pool .Dive people picked us up to go diving. The villa has everything you need spotless inside we arranged for cleaners to come in half way through the holiday. .the outside space is lovely the pool was fantastic! Grandchildren loved it , Kept clean everyday by the pool man 😊 communication with the owner was brilliant gave all the information we needed . Would love to stay again, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa and wished we could stay for longer. It is very comfortable and spacious. All the rooms just as described. The kitchen had everything you need. The highlight for everyone was the beautiful outdoor space and the pool. Danielle was so kind and helpful. Groceries, shops and beaches are not walking distance, but it is easy to order and cab or tuc tuc and a short ride away. A lovely place to escape and relax, we hope to visit again.

AMAZING

We absolutely loved staying here!! Nothing could have been more perfect! The view! The pool! The kitchen! The location! The check- in process! It was a little chilly when we arrived and they already had the pool heated. It is close to dive shops and they will pick you up, close to the marina and shopping. Plus so quiet and relaxing. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us!!!

Everything was wunderful !

The villa was equipped with everything needed for a big family stay. Everything was fully functional and convenient, and had a very nice surprise to be able to follow the champions league matches on my favorite channels. Getting the pool heating on was very good decision and highly recommended ! Ulrich is very friendly and helpful, and everything was as promised and as shown in photos , so we were very happy to stay at his Villa and definitely recommend it !

This was our second stay so we were familiar with the villa. Everything was exactly as listed and pre-arrival contact with the owner was timely and comprehensive. The local management company are very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. The villa is really well equipped with everything you need, plus much that we didn't! The addition of a water filter/heater was great. The area is quiet and feels secure. It is approx 40 minute walk to the downtown area or just 35 Egyptian pounds for a tuc-tuc. Hope to return again next year.

Dies war nun bereits unser vierter Aufenthalt in der traumhaften Villa. Auch dieses Mal war alles perfekt. Kommunikation, Transfer, Sauberkeit der Villa, Pool, Garten, Küche/Küchengeräte, sehr bequeme Betten etc.... Es gibt nur Positives zu sagen und wir hoffen, dass wir in einem Jahr eine fünfte Bewertung abgeben können :-)

Besser geht nicht

Sehr netter Vermieter der sich noch wirklich um seine Gäste kümmert. Das Haus ist Top aber etwas abseits des Geschehens. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann richtig gut am Pool enspannen. Zu Fuss erreicht man Downtown in etwas mehr als eine halbe Stunde. Oder man ruft nen TukTuk und ist innerhalb ein paar Minuten dort. Alle wichtigen Infos zum Haus und El Gouna bekommt man vom Vermieter vorab per Mail. Auf Wunsch regelt er auch den Transfer vom Flughafen. Gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub im Traumhaus!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum. Ulrich hat uns schon im Vorfeld mit jeder Menge Tipps über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufen, Essen gehen und Transportmöglichkeiten versorgt. Daniela von der Agentur Magic hat sich wunderbar um alles gekümmert und hat immer sofort auf Fragen geantwortet, sogar mitten in der Nacht! Da sie deutsch spricht, war die Kommunikation natürlich wunderbar. Auch kurzfristig konnte uns Daniela immer eine Transportmöglichkeit für 5 Personen organisieren. Tuktuks kosten für eine Fahrt 50 LE, das sind knapp 1€. Am besten klappt es wenn man vor zur Hauptstraße läuft und dort einfach kurz wartet bis eins vorbei kommt. Das klappt immer. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Wunderschöne Wohlfühl-Villa

Die Villa war ein Traum- genau wie auf den Bildern und wie Beschrieben. Besonders toll fanden wir die vielen hilfreichen Informationen vorab. Jeder Kontakt von Poolboy bis Agentur waren äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder!

Herrlich

Wir durften nun schon unseren dritten Urlaub in dieser herrlichen Villa verbringen und es soll noch lange nicht der letzte gewesen sein. Wie beide Male zuvor, war auch dieses Jahr alles perfekt. Die Villa wird in einem top Zustand gehalten und ist immer sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist 1A und die Agentur vor Ort absolut zuverlässig. Da wir dieses Jahr teilweise während den ägyptischen Ferien vor Ort waren und das Städchen entsprechend voll war, wollten wir uns nicht ins Getümmel stürzen und haben sowohl ein paar Mal Einkäufe, wie auch feines Essen aus den Restaurants bequem ins Haus liefern lassen. Die Yala Order App ist sehr bedienerfreundlich und es klappt einwandfrei. Alkoholhaltige Getränke bestellt man am besten über die website cheersegypt.com. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Wir durften nun schon zum zweiten Mal die wunderbare Villa geniessen und es war erneut herrlich. Im Vorfeld versorgt einen der Vermieter mit hilfreichen Infos und vor Ort klappt dank "Magic" alles optimal. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und top ausgerüstet. Der beheizte Pool ist ein highlight und wer etwas intensiver schwimmen will, überquert einfach mal die Laguna. Fazit: einfach alles perfekt.

Sehr schöne Villa, sehr empfehlenswert!

Top Ferienvilla in El Gouna. Wir haben uns sehr wohl & sicher gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir wurden am Flughafen abgeholt und Daniela von der Agency hat uns dann das Haus übergeben.

Nous avons, la famille et moi, passé 12 jours chez Ulrich et c'était ... un plaisir de début à la fin. Ulrich dont les échanges sont réguliers et réponds à chaque question que nous lui posons est d'une disponibilité très appréciable. L'agence qui s'occupe de notre séjour sur place est très ponctuelle et professionnelle. Quant à la maison en elle-même, fidèle à la description que nous en a fait Ulrich. Sans aucune fausse note. Nous recommandons CHAUDEMENT.

Great Property

A lovely property with a good pool and an excellent outdoor area for relaxing. Really enjoyed our time there. A well equipped property, a little bit away from things but Tuk Tuk rides are cheap and easy. Would recommend.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir haben einen super Urlaub im der Villa verbracht und sogar noch 1 Tag verlängert . Die Villa ist genauso wie im Text beschrieben. Der Ausblick auf die Lagune und die Berge ist unbeschreiblich schön . Der Kontakt mit Herr Fux war immer sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Die Email mit seinen tollen Tips war sehr hilfreich. El Gouna ist eine tolle Urlaubsdestination weil man sich dort extrem sicher fühlt. Supermarkt oder auch Restaurants liefern in die Villa. Der Sonnenuntergang vom Pool aus ist einfach ein Traum . Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Vielen Dank Familie Fux

Traumvilla

Die Villa ist eindeutig noch viel schöner als man das auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Sie ist in einem tadellos gepflegten Zustand und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter versorgt einen im Voraus mit allen nötigen Informationen und vor Ort stehen die hilfsbereiten Leute von Magic zur Seite falls nötig. Wer in der grossen und im europäischen Standard eingerichteten Küche selber kochen möchte, kauft am besten im Gourmet Supermarket ein. Da kriegt man alles in sehr guter Qualität. Natürlich kann man auch auswärts hervorragend essen. Uns hat es in der Marina, wo man Blick aufs offene Meer hat, etwas besser gefallen als Downtown. Aber wohl fühlt man sich in El Gouna eigentlich überall. Tipp für Frühaufsteher: Sonnenaufgang auf der Dachterrasse oder die Ruhe des Morgens auf dem hauseigenen Steg zur Lagune geniessen. Fazit: wir wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder.
