The Property Casale Viozzi, recently renovated, is exclusively for guests and offers everything needed for an unforgettable stay:
• Large private garden, fully fenced, with relaxation areas and a children's play area.
• Lagoon-style pool (8x5 meters) available during the summer season (June 15 - September 15), equipped with sun loungers and a hot water shower.
• Brick barbecue area, covered and fully equipped, perfect for grilling in any season.
• 60 sqm porch, usable all year round, with tables and comfortable seating.
• Cozy living room, with a wood-burning stove, wooden ceilings, and stone walls, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere, ideal for evenings with friends and family.
• Smart TV with Netflix and internet connection, for entertainment and relaxation.
• Fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals to be shared around the large wooden table (seating up to 12 people), warmed in winter by a pellet stove.

• Ground Floor: kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room, living room with smart TV, game room with professional foosball table.
• 1st Floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, pellet stove in the corridor.
• 2nd Floor: 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, pellet stove in the corridor (the 2nd-floor rooms are accessible only for groups of more than 6 people).

Abbiamo scelto il casale di Giacomo per festeggiare un compleanno tra amici. Qualche giorno prima del check in abbiamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni e le indicazioni per poterci preparare al weekend. L’accoglienza del padre di Giacomo è stata perfetta! La casa ed il giardino curatissimi! Ripeteremo sicuramente!

Sehr schönes Haus am Rande des Nationalparks

Schönes Haus mit viel Platz, Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen auch überdacht. Unsere Kinder mochten vor allem den Pool und den Netflix-Fernseher :). Für uns war die Lage ideal, da wir vor allem Touren in den Nationalpark Monte Sibillini machen wollten. Aber auch Städte und das Meer sind erreichbar. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in Sachen Auskünfte und Tipps. Danke für einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in viaggio dalla Puglia al Veneto, ma il casale Viozzi è splendido, isolato per un relax garantito ma vicino ai borghi bellissimi. La prossima volta soggiorneremo più a lungo portandoci le bici per delle uscite panoramiche fantastiche. Giacomo ottimo host, gentilissimo nel rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste. Assolutamente consigliato.

Soggiorno Mare Monti e relax

Bellissimo posto per un relax completo. Soprattutto in compagnia è perfetto per le tante stanze a disposizione, il magnifico giardino con verande e barbecue e la grande piscina. Ottima posizione per raggiungere sia escursioni a piedi che il mare. Super disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari.

Prima onderkomen. Mooie omgeving, veel natuur.

Een ruime boerderij met voldoende zitmogelijkheid in zon of schaduw . Door de dikke muren blijft het koel binnen. WiFi werkt goed. De eigenaar is zeer correct, vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zwembad werd regelmatig schoongemaakt . De keuken had iets groter gemogen. Wel is er ruim voldoende aan pannen, bestek, borden enz. Twee koelkasten. Tip, neem een koffiezetter en filters mee. Er staan wel apparaten voor Italiaanse koffie. De omgeving is prachtig , paardrijden is snel te regelen ook voor beginners. Uurtje rijden en je zit aan het strand. Kortom aan te raden alsjeblieft met een grote groep bent.

Una settimana in paradiso

Location fantastica. A 40Km dal mare, un'oasi di pace e tranquillità' con tutte le comodità' desiderate. Ampi spazi all'aperto per godere appieno delle belle giornate. Area barbecue esterna all'edificio. Possibilita' di escursioni nelle località' limitrofe. Accoglienza a cinque stelle. Consigliato!!!!

Posto splendido in mezzo al verde, i proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e gentili e ci hanno lasciato piena libertà. La casa è molto bella e calorosa, munita di tutto quello che occorre in una casa. I miei cani sono stati felici di correre sull'ampio prato del casale, posto adatto per animali. Indubbiamente ritorneremo!

1 week holiday at Casale Viozzi

Beautiful holidays in Montefalcone Appenino; we really enjoyed that house, its quietness in a natural environment, and simultaneously, its proximity to the sea and the mountains, making it a central and strategic point to visit the country all around. The house is large, ideal for a group; it has many many functionalities, even if it misses some basic infrastructure (washing machine and Wifi), but the owners were incredibly helpful, organized immediately the purchase and installation of a new, large fridge during our stay and tried to answer as quickly as possible to each of our needs or problems. The swimming pool is great, and we were given the possibility to gather the fruits on each of the numerous trees in the garden. We highly recommend this house, even if prices are quite significant (but this is a general trend in this part of the country). Thanks to you Giacomo, and to your parents for that very nice week in a fantastic part of Italy!
