Casa Céu - beautiful Portuguese holiday house

We rent out our beautiful and cozy 3 room house in the authentic fisher village of Carrapateira. It is the best place to stay for surf and family holidays. Enjoy our place within the amazing environment of Costa Vincentina. The large terrace of the house is sunny all day long and protected from the winds. The house is a 5 minutes walk away from many great restaurants, two surf shops, a grocery store, local markets and the center of the village. You can even walk to the beach within 20 min. The house is gently renovated to keep the Portuguese ambience. We just love this place.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus für relaxten Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist ein kleiner Traum - modern renoviert ohne das ursprüngliche Ambiente zu verraten, ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen, entspannten Dörfchen. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt, sogar Sonnenschirm, Urlaubslektüre und Beachball-Spiel. Die Betten sind superbequem (für mich ein ganz großer Pluspunkt). Zwei Traumstrände gibt es in direkter Nähe, Hotspots für Surfer. Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit, vielen Dank!

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung mit tollen Stränden und schöner Landschaft

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist mit vielen nützlichen Dingen ausgestattet, wie z. B. mit einem Sonnenschirm (auch für den Strand!), einer Waschmaschine, einem Bügeleisen und -brett. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe. Die Betten sind bequem und es lässt sich gut darin schlafen... Carrapateira ist der richtige Ort für diejenigen, die einen ruhigen Urlaub fernab vom Massentourismus an der Südalgarve suchen - und natürlich für Surfer, die hier tolle Bedingungen vorfinden!!!

Sonniges Häuschen in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus ist zwar kleiner als angegeben, aber optimal für 4 Personen. Alles war sehr sauber, ein kleiner Willkommensgruß war auch vorhanden. Es hat eine große Terrasse, auf die von morgens bis abends die Sonne scheint. Unmittelbar am Dorfkern, aber doch privat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war bestens!

Es war alles perfekt (Lage, Sauberkeit, Betreuung durch Vermieter, Ausstattung) Einziger Wermutstropfen: kein WLAN im Haus (hatten wir bei der Beschreibung so nicht erkannt), Internet/Hotspot oder alternativ offenes WLAN in der Nähe im Ort funktionierte gut.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Ceu. The house was clean,modern inside and spacious.

We loved being within a real Portuguese village rather than a holiday resort. The house was clean, nicely furnished and big enough for five people. It was very kind of the owners to stock the fridge with bread,cheese and ham since we arrived on Saturday and the village shop is closed on Sundays. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and the veranda is perfect for eating, reading and playing games. One of the two excellent beaches can be reached by foot and we often left our rental car in the village to walk there. Surf lessons/ surfboard hire are available at both beaches. We stayed for ten days in July and had a few days of fog in which case you can drive 15 miles southeast where it is always sunny. There are a few nice restaurants in the village of which we can recommend the micro bar and the German pizzeria. The local social club is brilliant for playing pool in the evenings.
