This three bedroom two and one half bath home has beautiful finishes throughout. Walk into the bright open living area with tropical and elegant furnishings. Views of Pine Island sound from the living room, dining room and kitchen. A fully appointed kitchen. Relax to the Island sounds from your master bedroom suite featuring a king sized bed, flat screen television, ample closet space and a large attached master bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, tropical views and a full bathroom. The second guest bedroom has twin beds with a soothing tropical theme. There is a half bathroom next to the laundry room that houses a washer and dryer. Located in the Tween Waters stretch, enjoy the best of Captiva by walking to the beach, swimming in the heated pool or jump on your boat docked in your backyard.

fantastic setting with property providing home from home facilities

this accommodation was in an almost perfect setting. The accommodation had almost everything you could possibly want and contacting the local office was easy. we would definitely return. The only thing i would add is that whilst the property was clean and initially was exceptional clean, the edges and corners of the kitchen showed sign of a lack of attention to detail and could do with a more detailed clean every few months getting into appliance handle edges etc. i know i am being picky but i am entitled to do so when paying good money. the porch netting needs a few repairs to avoid the noseums getting in. the porch patio door runners need a hoover out. this would not stop me booking again and is intended as constructive feedback

We had a wonderful trip to Captiva Shores. The unit was very nice and just as advertised. Easy access both to the intercoastal waterway and the beach with a very nice pool on site. We would definitely stay again.

beautiful Captiva stay

The property was very clean and only a short walk to the shared pool. The beach was just across the street with ample space for setting up on the sand with the provided beach chairs, umbrella and kid toys. We walked to dinner on the nights we ate out. The well-maintained gas grill was great for dining in. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Best Spring Break EVER.

We absolutely loved the location. Watched the sunrise every morning on the channel and the sunset every evening on the gulf. Our family loved the bench built in at the beach access. The kids fished each day off the dock where they caught lots of catfish and saw some manatees and dolphins. It was a close walk to Jensen's marina each day to see the manatees and get bait and just the perfect distance for a drink on the patio at the Mucky Duck. Kitchen had everything we needed for feeding our family and the beds were all super comfy. Its really a great condo!!

A great condo in a great location.

We had a great stay at this condo on Captiva Island. The condo was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you might need. I was also impressed with the constant maintenance be done on the grounds and buildings. We had the bay with the morning sunrises on the back screened in deck. There was a short walk to the entrance, then walk across the street and you are at the beach on the Gulf. In the middle of the complex was a very nice swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs. Overall, this condo is a great place to stay.
