Guide To Lincolnshire
Bordered by the North Sea to the east, Lincolnshire is mostly sought after for its beach tourism pastimes based on several coastal resorts, such as Skegness, Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes. This historic county of East Midlands spans on seemingly endless landlocked countryside expanses, with rural escapes resting amid its undulating uplands. Lincolnshire also boasts an array of nature beauties, including the Gibraltar Point, the salt marshes of Donna Nook, the Whisby Moor and the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Beauty, but travellers can also consider a visit to the Tattershall Castle, Normanby Hall near the village of Burton-upon-Stather or to the Burghley House near Stamford in order to get a taste of the county’s heritage, without overlooking the Branston Hall or the vestiges of the Bolingbroke Castle

Parking was easy. Unfortunately the local pigeons took a liking to my car and bombed it at every opportunity. Lovely bungalow. Has everything we needed. Close to supermarkets and beach. Nice little park/nature reserve for our dogs close by. Overall great property at great price.

The property suited all our needs It. Was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everthing we needed and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The bedroom patio door was ideal for letting our pet out into a secure back garden and the location was ideal for the beach and shops.

Thank you for your reveiw. Where do I start....cot mattress and body boards and other rubbish dumped by the dustbins. Bungalow smelt of smoke inside......rubbish left in kitchen bin....dirty nappies left in recycled rubbish along with other non recyclable rubbish. Rubbish left under beds and sofa....Cigarette ends left over the patio and driveway.
Lovely place, tidy and clean just lacked a few essentials nothing major but a clock would be nice on a wall, a hairdryer always comes in handy, and a bigger black bin outside but overall wonderful place.

Thank you for your honest reveiw. We will look into the things you have mentioned..
We had a fantastic time at this holiday let. The bungalow has everything you need and is dog friendly. The street is nice and quiet and all the neighbours are really friendly. The bungalow is close to all amenities and just a ten min walk to the lovely beach. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

Basic but comfortable
A pleasant bungalow in a pleasant neighbourhood. Not luxurious but adequate for families and people seeking a base to explore the town and area.

Thank you for taking the time to review our bungalow. We Hope you had a nice holiday.
The property is conveniently situated around a 10-minute walk to the town centre and 15 minutes from the seafront. The bungalow itself is a little tired and would benefit from a bit of TLC, but I expect that that would push the price up. The bottom line is that it is well-equipped, warm (we went in March) and the beds are comfortable and represents value for money.
Clean and very usable, everything you need to self cater cook for yourself, but we did eat out or ordered in .our only complaint is the furniture is a little low for our elderly knees
