Every need was anticipated in this welcoming, well-decorated 3BR stair-free unit with wonderfully heated pool and spa and much more. We really appreciated access to jigsaws, boogie boards and kids books when our grandkids dropped by . The owners could not have been more helpful. 5 stars.

Hawaii has such a special meaning for our family. After vacationing in Kai Lani for several years, my wife and I knew we needed to be part of something more. We instantly fell in love with the Ko Olina Resort and all it offered. We searched some time for the right spot to call our own. Time and time again, we found ourselves asking “what if”. What if the beautiful unit our family had rented for years was available to purchase. The very unit that was home to so many wonderful memories and experiences. Well, you never know “what if” until you asked. After forging a friendship with the previous owners (who are amazing people) they agreed to sell to us! Being from Canada we love the opportunity to escape the winters for the warmth of the islands. This unit and Kai Lanai is an important part of our lives. Come, let it be part of yours.

This property has been strategically positioned on the site to ensure a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sunset throughout the year. The virtually sound proof unit offers everything you need to make your vacation adventure a reality. Depending on the season, it's not uncommon to see Humpback Whales and dolphins from your lanai. Ko Olina Resort and Marina offers a little something for everyone and it continues to grow. Ko Olina and the Kapolei surrounding area is safe, clean and full of activities and shopping. Located only 25 minutes from the Honolulu International airport; 45 minutes to the heart of Honolulu (Waikiki Beach); 60 minutes to a surfers paradise at the North Shore; or 40 minutes to spectacular Nuuanu Pali Lookout in the Koolau Mountain Range, Ko Olina is ideally located as the perfect staging area for any vacation adventure. Offering the driest and warmest weather on the island, the West (Leeward) side of Oahu is where you truly want to spend your time.

With the tremendous amenities offered in the Ko Olina Resort (especially the four lagoons and connected walking path), the newly heated outdoor pool and relaxing hot tub in the Kai Lanai complex, as well as the indoor and outdoor lanai space, families of any size will fall in love (like we did) with Hawaii, Oahu, Ko Olina and Kai Lani.
