immersed in a 5000 m2 garden with pine forests, eucalyptus, oleander, hibiscus etc.
less than 100 m. there are two splendid beaches called padulella and capobianco. In this last beach there is a shelter for small nautical equipment, umbrellas, sunbeds ...
The property is in excellent condition and maintenance takes place frequently.
Inside the apartment there is a large living room with two single beds (joinable), a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an anteroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds. The kitchen overlooks the olive grove, while in the living room there is a large panoramic terrace overlooking the various sides of the garden.
Possibility to park two cars.
Present Ping Pong and table football. Ability to attach hammocks under pine trees.

Vacanze stupende !

Noi abbiamo passato 8 giorni bellissimi , la casa si trova vicino a due spiagge stupende in una residence privato di una bellissima zona dove la casa è posizionata su un punto più bello della zona, con un terrazzo con la vista stupenda sul mare e sul giardino , io quando stavo sul terrazzo spesso dimenticavo di alzarmi , soprattutto la sera, c’era la pace, un silenzio che lo ricorderò finche ritorno di nuovo. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per le vacanze , è pulita è molto arieggiata , confermo tutto quello che e scritto sul sito. Ho conosciuto la madre del proprietario e la figlia , persone molto cortese e disponibili, questa casa ve lo consiglio . Adriana S.
