Independent studio with beautiful garden and POOL on the island of Oléron

Beautiful character studio, fully equipped with new and very functional, benefiting from a FULLY PRIVATE landscaped garden and a heated swimming pool, located in a hamlet typical of the island of Oléron.

Please note, for technical reasons, the swimming pool can only be heated from May to September.

The studio is available for rental only when the main villa is closed, so you will be ONLY enjoying the property.

At the entrance of the property, the accommodation consists of a sleeping area and a lounge area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with WC.
It has a pleasant furnished terrace.

The studio is close to typical natural areas and the village.
It is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Nice house in Dolus

The house is nice and cosy. And it has a swimming pool which is good when the weather is nice (unheated pool). Perfect place for peace and quiet! Only disadvantage is the lack of some basic cutlery, like a corkscrew and other stuff.

Honteux à fuir

Nous avons eu un problème avec la bonde du lavabo de la salle de bain , (une fuite ), qui de base était en très mauvaise état toute piquée toute rouillée sans clapet au dessus , et quand on a voulu regarder ce qui se passait la bonde est restée dans les mains de mon mari tellement c était pitoyable ! Et je vous dis pas la crasse qu’on y a trouvé en prime ! Nous avons prévenu le propriétaire qui nous a envoyé un réparateur et aujourd’hui on a le droit de régler la facture ( 105 euros ) alors que nous ne sommes pas responsable de ce matériel défectueux qui ne doit pas dater d’hier ( vu l état ) on s est même demandé si ça n avait pas été déjà réparé à la va vite ! C est déplorable de faire subir ce genre de désagrément aux locataires quand il prône lui même que sa location est niquel qu il faut la rendre dans le même état de propreté où on la trouvé ! Même la personne qui nous a remis les clés était confuse en voyant qu il y avait du sable sur le canapé ! Les joints de la douche n en parlons pas ! Les transats dehors étaient également en mauvais état on n a pas pu profiter de la piscine car l eau pas propre ! Encore une chance qui nous ait pas accusé d avoir cassé la vitre de la porte d entrée ( qui l était à notre arrivée ) mais comme aucun état des lieux n est réalisé à l arrivée c est facile d accuser ! Alors c est inadmissible ! Et pour couronner le tout vous essayer tous les jours sans relâche d avoir le ou la propriétaire au téléphone et bien sûr pas de réponse !
