Shops, casino, port and city center 2 steps, free collective parking at 20 m, covered terrace south west with dominant 180 ° view of Sète at Pic Saint Loup, outdoor table and chairs, flat screen TV + DVD player, table 4 -5 people, new modern fitted kitchen (complete renovation in 2011)
