LAGOA apartmen has a small but very pleasant garden with an inflatable hot water Spa, sea views, overlooking the convent of the Franciscan friars, part of the Agua de Pau mountain range and the surrounding neighborhood of Santa Cruz.
It is fully equipped with everything you need for your comfort. The decor is sober, indirect lighting is placed for a romantic and pleasant atmosphere. It comes with all necessary appliances and tableware.
It's placed in a private condo with parking place and closed gate with remote control. The surroundings are very safe and quiet, away from the bustle of the city, in a bucolic, inspiring environment.

Gemütlich - in guter Lage

Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und groß. Die Wohnung entspricht nicht mehr genau den Bildern und könnte z. B. eine neue Couch vertragen. Die Betten sind bequem und es wird Bettwäsche und Bade-/Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Highlight ist der Whirlpool. In der Küche fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten wenn man selbst kochen möchte, wie ein Schneidbrett oder scharfe Messer. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls von Vorteil. Die Lage ist recht gut wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte und für Wanderungen. Ein größerer Continente ist ebenfalls in 5 Autominuten erreichbar. Für diese Ferienwohnung benötigt man ein Auto. Stellplatz ist dafür inklusive.

Unterkunft kommt mit Stellplatz für pkw, ist sehr gut zu finden, nahe am Zentrum, nahe an Tankstellen, Lokalen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sie bietet gemütliche Betten, einen schönen Garten, Küche mit Ausstattung und sogar Netflix Zugang. Kontakt mit Gastgeber ist schnell und problemlos. Sehr gute Unterkunft.

Feng Shui in der FeWo

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail nach Feng Shui eingerichtet und hat sehr viel Flair. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden...von Medien bis zur Saftpresse. Die Insel ist ein Paradies und die heißen Badequellen hatten es uns besonders angetan. Einen Stern habe ich abgezogen, weil die Wohnung in einem recht hellhörigen Appartmenthaus liegt.

O apartamento da Lagoa é aconchegante e encantador, um lugar perfeito para descansar na bela ilha de São Miguel. Está bem localizado, é uma boa base para conhecer toda a ilha. Senti-me em casa, mas com o conforto e o luxo de umas boas férias, pelas excelentes vistas e equipamentos relaxantes, como o jacuzzi, o belo jardim zen e a limpeza perfeita. O dono é simpático e super atencioso. O apartamento tem uma excelente decoração e equipamentos completos. Recomendo a todos!

Não podia estar mais contente com a escolha deste apartamento. Apartamento com todas as condições. Limpo, bem localizado, instalações com todos os electrodomésticos necessários, um jardim muito acolhedor onde podemos tomar um magnifico pequeno almoço com vista ao longe do mar. Proprietário simpático, sempre disponível e pronto ajudar. Sem duvida que não se vão arrepender. Se um dia regressar ao Açores será a minha primeira escolha.

Modern, spacious, comfortable apartment

The owner is rightly proud of his apartment which features tasteful decorations such as distressed sea wood. Almost everything is good, but getting access to the apartment at the start of our visit was tricky, because there is a gated access to the car park. We had to phone the owner to let us in.
