About this property

Exclusive pool villa in Soriano nel cimino

We offer a beautiful country Villa in the Tuscia (Lazio), completely surrounded by green with a large garden (half an acre) just outside Rome with an amazing private pool (that is open from May to September)
The Villa has two floors, is arranged on the ground floor with big living room, TV room with fireplace, a marvelous and spacius kitchen and a bathroom
While on the 1st floor we have three bedrooms (all three are very spacious room), one bathroom and a beautiful small balcony with a great view of the old town of Soriano.
VERY IMPORTANT for more than 15 days
The gas and electricity will be charged according to your days of staying (contact us for more info)

Wonderful villa in a wonderful location!

The villa is a beautiful, traditional-style, in fabulous grounds, with a wonderful large pool surrounded by plum, olive and fig trees. The villa itself has everything you need for a couple or larger family. The location is suberb, only 5 minute drive to the local village of Soriano nel Cimino and 15 minutes to the beautiful town of Viterbo! Would definitely recommend this villa!!

Soriano

Belles vacances au calme au milieu des noisetiers. Belle et grande piscine dans un grand jardin arboré. La villa est aussi bien située pour visiter les environs : Viterbo, Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio et Roma… Stefano est très accessible et répond à toutes les demandes. Je conseille vivement.

Tolles Haus mit großem Pool und netter Hausbesitzer

Unser Aufenthalt war toll. Wir haben das Haus wegen seinem großen Pool gemietet und es war auch wie beschrieben. Wir haben jede Minute genossen. In der Umgebung ist man fast wie ganz alleine. Von ganz weitem hört man Menschen oder einen Hahn. Privatsphäre pur. Stefano ist von Anfang an sehr nett gewesen. Er hat geduldig auf all unsere Fragen geantwortet. Er war auch so nett und hat uns die Hausregeln auf deutsch übersetzt. Ein paar kleine Schwierigkeiten hatten wir, aber der Stefano konnte nichts dafür und er hat alles gegeben damit unser Urlaub reibungslos verlaufen ist. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir würden das Haus also nochmals mieten, wenn wir nach Italien kommen würden.

Great Villa at a fantastic silence location.

The villa is fantastic, big bedrooms and lot of space. Despite high temperatures outside, it's always cool inside. Big garden around the villa with full privacy. Swimming pool is also perfect. The owner is very kind and helpfull. In summary: perfect place to enjoy your holiday.
