Dear Peter, please find my answers below : There is no blanket at home, only duvets that are easier to clean and some tenants are allergic to wool, hence that’s the reason why we only use duvets. In addition to that, it is not cold from May to October, reversible air conditioning can be started to heat, (but rarely used at this season.) Yes you are right, I will put an instruction note on how to use the remote control and the cooking stove buttons. Some people may not be aware of how to use these. Yes there is no wifi in the house, it is indicated on my ad, there’s wifi at the restaurant Carré Noir next to the house. 4G network is very good though. I had some work done on the terrace, but the craftsman has not finished installing the external lights, I apologise for this inconvenience, I'm trying to have it fixed ASAP.. I have not measured the precise distance between the house and the beach, it is given approximately, and slightly different whether you go to Pietragione or Santa Giulia beach. The local car park is not used much (except maybe on Saturday night ?), for the main customers of the restaurant come from the residence itself and therefore, do not need to go by car. To this day, I have not had a complaint about this, nor during summer time as you seem to suggest. The house is furnished for 4 people. Once the sofa bed is closed, it’s the same size as those of the residence (35 square meters with 1 separate bedroom), surface specified on my ad, and the title mentions well: « Mini Villa. » Some photos were taken at wide angle and this is specified under the photos, to have an overview of each room. The ad specifies 35m2. The price includes linen (sheets and towels), cleaning fee and the reception service on arrival and departure fee, which are charged to me upon departure. These are the normal prices this season at this place of Corsica. « Régine » is me answering you, I speak English fluently and Jeanne is the lady who welcomed you and who lives locally. She speaks Italian very well but you will excuse her I hope for her english ! I always make myself available to answer tenants queries, at whatever time, using Homelidays applications. I hope to have answered your many mentioned points.

Neither me or homelidays have received any evidence of non-stop burning fire until this day ..had it been the case, of course I would have made a gesture about your stay. I find your comments unfair and unjustified.
