About this property

Escape to beautiful Amelia Island for your vacation! LICENSE # RRDP-001317-2019

Our home is a very comfortable, first floor duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 4 comfortably. We have a queen sized blow up mattess which allows sleeping for two more guests. We have cable tv and wifi. A very short walk to the beach. Beach carts are provided as well as beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, beach toys as well as plenty of parking. All linens are furnished. There is a gas grill on the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a laundry room is provided. Boating ramp and golf course are located nearby.

This property is a duplex and can potentially be available to be rented as a multi family rental as a 4 Bedroom and 4 Bathroom with two blow up mattresses.

I was a little disappointed about the cleanliness. Upon arrival we had to clean the deck chairs and table, the floors inside were very dirty. We had to sweep and vacuum. You had to wear shoes inside because floors were not mopped. I’m glad we took our own chairs and umbrella because the ones they say they provide were rusted and torn up. Also the gas grill was rusted and we couldn’t use it.

This was a short 2 night stay for us but that did not keep us from the area and the amenities of this home! You guys nailed it! Everything was well thought out and labeled for full usage of the property. Great location with beach access! The beach being more private to the neighborhood vs the main parking lot made for a very peaceful adventure, with well over 40 rentals under our belt in the last 12 months, this place is near if not at the top of our list! Can’t wait to visit again
