Located within walking distance to the pristine beaches of Amelia Island, make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom Fernandina Beach condo. The space features a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom, plus a cozy living room sleeper sofa & love seat. Both FULL bathrooms include relaxing bathtubs, great to give the kids a bath after a long day at the beach.

Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re unwinding in the tranquil living area, enjoying the awesome layout, or hanging out on the HUGE screened in porch (which has access from either the living room or master bedroom), this enchanting condo offers a perfect spot to relax. We hope you enjoy what our place and Fernandina Beach has to offer.

This beautifully decorated 3rd-story condo is centrally located in the Amelia Landings community, offering everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Just a short 10 minute walk to the pristine beaches, this condo is ideal for those looking to enjoy the best of what our island has to offer. This unit does not have an elevator and will require walking stairs.

Step into a serene coastal retreat that blends the relaxed, free-spirited style with the soothing tones of the beach. The open-concept living area invites you in with soft, natural textures and light, airy colors that reflect the seaside surroundings.

Guest access
You will have full and exclusive access to the unit as well as access to use all parking, the beautiful pool, tennis courts, common spaces, and beach trail at NO additional charge.

This unit is located on the third floor, so there are a total of 34 steps to the unit.

Also, please note that this is a PET FREE community, so no animals of any kind are permitted within our unit or the community. Thank you in advance for adhering to these guidelines.
