Cozy private house with private pool (8 mx 4 m) at 4 km from Algarrobo, with garden, terrace, BBQ. It enjoys a living room with fireplace, and beautiful views to the Mediterranean sea and mountains.

Winter rental: The house can be rented during the winter season, at a special price (from October to April, min. 1 month). Gas and electrical consumption costs are not included during the Winter long term rental. Pets are only allowed on request.

A car is essential, since the house is located in a natural environment. Access: The house is located in Arenas (Malaga), at 430 m above sea level. It takes only 45 minutes. From Malaga International Airport, you take the Autovía del Mediterráneo motorway (A 7) towards Almería, and abandon in in Algarrobo exit (277). From there, you have to drive 4 km uphill on a mountain road. You can access the property with a conventional car (max.5 people). Très bel endroit vue splendide on oublie vite l accès un peu difficile Gabriel qui est le référent est très à l ecoute et donne de très bons conseils sur cette belle région de l Axarquia. La maison est très bien équipée et la piscine appréciable. ..Séjour enchanteur.. Nous recommandons.,

Tolle Ausicht

Tolle Lage, nettes Haus. Leider ein paar Mängel, die man relativ einfach beseitigen könnte. Es fehlte komplett ein Sonnenschutz, wenn man auf der Terrasse saß. Ab Mittag konnte man es nicht mehr Aushalten. Schade , weil die Aussicht super war. Der Weg oder Strasse zum Haus war sehr abenteuerlich auch für geübte Fahrer. Steht nicht so in der Beschreibung. Zum Schluß noch was nettes, unser einziger persönlicher Kontakt war Gabriel, der für scheinbar alles zuständig war. Ein wirklich umsichtiger, netter, freundlicher Mitarbeiter.

Die Beschreibung des Zugriffs auf das Haus, der in unseren Anzeigen erscheint, lautet wie folgt: " Das Haus befindet sich in Arenas (Malaga), auf 430 m.ü.M. Es dauert nur 45 Minuten. Vom internationalen Flughafen von Malaga nehmen Sie die Autobahn AutoMediterraneo (A-7) in Richtung Almería und fahren in der Ausfahrt Algarrobo (277) ab. Von dort müssen Sie 4 km bergauf auf einer Bergstraße fahren." Ehrlich gesagt, glauben wir nicht, dass wir irgendwelche Informationen weggelassen haben. In jedem Fall würden wir uns freuen, Sie als Gäste zu einem zukünftigen Anlass begrüßen zu dürfen.

Belle maison avec piscine sympathique Environnement agréable et belle vue sur la mer L accès à la maison est un peu difficile avec un chemin très pentu. Il manquerait une climatisation quand il fait très chaud. Pour autant on s en sort avec les ventilateurs et la piscine. Très bon accueil de Gabriel. C est une bonne location
