About this property

The large chalet is split into two properties (Chalets A & B) each with 4 bedrooms, two wet rooms and a ground floor toilet. Situated in Dolno Draglishte, a village in a valley at the base of the Rila mountains, there are beautiful uninterrupted views from balconies. Chalets are surrounded by a stone walled garden with a shared roofed BBQ. Heating is by electric radiators with an additional log burning stove. Completed in Winter 2013 and furnished to a high standard with a combination of king sized beds, 2 x double rooms, 1 triple room and one twin bedroom, satellite TV, BluRay disc and free Wi-Fi. Bansko is 10 minutes away and Banya, with its natural hot mineral pools, is 5km. Ideal for both winter skiing and other outdoor activities, such as fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, white water rafting and hiking.

Poorly equiped and a complete lack of responsibility of the owner for the residents who rent it

Totally inadequate furnishing, no dustpan/brush, iron/ironing board, cooking dishes, scissors, soup/cereal bowls and 8-10 very noisy youngsters who wanted to party all night and totally disregard their neighbours.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this area 10 years ago and soon after decided to butild a property in this village, the building was completed in 2013 . The area is quiet with stunning views, fantastic in the summer as you can cycle or walk straight up into the mountains from the house, but within easy access to the ski resort at Bansko, the spa pools in Banya, and Dobrinishte, and the cafes and restaurants in Razlog.
