This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located at Copper Ridge Condominiums featuring a screened-in deck and an awesome view of the lake and beautiful sunsets. Tastefully decorated, this unit features a Queen bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen bed in the Guest Bedroom and a large sectional sofa, comfortably sleeping 6 people. A full kitchen and electric grill on the outside deck. You can cook your favorite meals or you can enjoy one of the many fine restaurants located within minutes of your condo. My wife and I live in the metro St. Louis area. Our condo has been a very happy place for my entire family. We have had the unit for over 25 years and have enjoyed watching our kids and their friends grow up during the fun filled summers at the lake. We enjoy the quaintness of the complex with only 25 units, it is quiet and very well maintained by all of us Owners.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the complex 25 years ago when my family would vacation through the summers. We always rented other condos because of the benefits of having our own place with all of the pleasures of home. After a couple of summers, we decided to make an investment and buy our own place. After several months of searching, we found Copper Ridge. Right on the water with the most beautiful sunsets on the Lake. We always look forward to coming back. We like it so much; we purchased a second unit at the complex.

What makes this property unique

Sunsets on the screen in our open deck. On the water where kids can play and swim. A boat slip that can accommodate any boat up to 26'. Perfect for your pontoon or speedboat. Fishing is great off of the docks. Lots of crappie and bass. Swimming pool with many deck chairs and shady areas too. Sloped walkways make 50 feet walk to the water a breeze. Close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping.
