This bright and sunny 2nd floor, ocean view unit has been newly renovated; and overlooks a tranquil lagoon with fountains and the beach beyond. Its location provides easy access to the pool, hot tub, outdoor grills, and walkway to the beach.

The decor is inviting and relaxing, with all new furnishings, flooring, carpets and bedding. The kitchen has all new custom cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The unit boasts it's own full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a 40 ' wall- mounted flat screen High Definition TV. The master bath has a solid surface double sink vanity with custom cabinetry. The tub/shower combo has been newly tiled and includes shower doors. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 46' wall-mounted, flat screen High Definition TV with Blu-Ray Disc Player. The guest room has twin beds with bureau and TV. The guest bath has a large shower with tile walls and floor.

Ocean Gallery is a gated, luxury resort condominium complex located on Anastasia Island south of downtown St. Augustine. You will be close to many boutique shops, restaurants and attractions. World Golf Village and historic downtown St. Augustine are only a short drive away.

Beautifully furnished. Our only issue was the guest bedroom was unusually warm all the time.

The AC worked fine in the rest of the condo however not in the guest room. The vent was open with cool air forthcoming but it would never cool. It was at least 5-10 degrees warmer. Not sure if an AC person should check.
