Great house near everything

The house is big and comfortable. It is located a very short walk to the main pool and clubhouse. The walk to the beach is easy and you can drive and park near the entrance so you don’t have to carry gear so far. We enjoyed the back patio and grill. There are several restaurants and grocery store within a mile of the house.

Family vacation

There were eight adults and plenty of room. Everyone had a bed and most had their own shower/bath. The location was great; near the big pool with the beach a short 5 minute walk. The house was very clean and had plenty for f space for your things, including access to the garage which was nice.

4 out of 5 Stars – Spacious, Comfortable, and a Good ValueWe stayed here for the Daytona 500 and had a great time. The home was quite spacious — almost bigger than we needed — but it allowed everyone to spread out comfortably. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, there was more than enough room. I appreciated the small office space since I brought my computer and was able to get some work done.The screened patio and gas barbecue were great features, and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and appliances.A few things could be improved. The carpets were stained, and two of the recliners on the large leather sectional didn’t function properly — one wouldn’t extend and another would pop out unexpectedly. One guest found hair in a shower on arrival. It also felt odd that there was no Keurig-style coffee maker or toaster.Starter supplies like toilet paper and soap were sufficient to begin our stay. We weren’t entirely sure about the trash process for a longer visit and ended up bagging and staging it in the garage.Overall, it felt reasonably clean, very comfortable, and well priced compared to renting multiple hotel rooms. We would stay again. A few small updates would make it five stars.

We had a great stay, only issue there was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and three trash bags. Was told by the front desk this is not a motel and you need to supply those products. I stayed at plenty of VRBO properties where there is more than adequate toilet paper and trash bags for our week stay.

Perfect Spot

We had a wonderful stay! The house was open, clean, and spacious for our two families with young kids. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. The community pool at the clubhouse was heated and so warm and wonderful. The neighbors were lovely and kind to us and our kids. The beach was just a short walk away and was a fantastic beach. The owners of the house had it stocked well with books, indoor and outdoor games, and beach toys. We would absolutely stay there again.
