It is surely one of the island spots with more international renown, due to its natural beauty and crystal waters, and it is visited by thousands of visitors, who find in these mountains and in the picturesque village of Deia, a unique place.
The villa is located in the best residential urban area of Deia and surrounded by very few properties. It counts with all the services such as running water, sewer system, electric supply, and communications.
The house is built in accordance with the local architecture and with rustic finishing of the highest quality. It has three floors, communicated by an interior marble stair as well as by a practical lift. The property has two accesses from the street, for the exclusive use of people, as well as a beautiful and ample yard access the garage for more privacy and convenience.
The ceilings in all floors feature wooden beams, including the porch. Both the facades and the garden typical terraces are made of local stone, pavements are of highest quality terracotta, and toilets coatings are of marble. A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.
