A very nice comfortable flat as a base for joining our family celebrations nearby. The stairs would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues and this should probably be mentioned in the description. Having said that we managed fine with some extra care and the bedroom on the same floor as the bathroom was useful. We had everything we needed and Peter was great to communicate with. Would happily stay again.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Disappointed
Beds comfy and linen nice and clean. All basics provided, however...
Smell of stale smoke when entering
Bathroom permanently smells of damp
What looks like dried splashed blood on the skirting in the stairs
Rubbish found under the dresser in the dressing room (crisp packet etc) which made me think just how clean was the place.
It doesn't tell you in the description that the apartment is up a full flight of old uneven, different height concrete steps which wasn't great for my mother and her walking stick! It also doesn't tell you that you have to walk through a dark alley out the back of the property to access the steps to be met with what can only be described as a rubbish tip.
Also the carpet tacks poke through the carpet on the stairs and stab your feet.
This place is OK for working men looking for somewhere to crash but not a family stay.
Peter was good to deal with but the advert could do with some transparency.
