Charming Gîte with Private Pool – South Dordogne

Discover the south of the Dordogne, home to some of the most beautiful villages in France such as Monpazier and Monflanquin, historic castles like Bonaguil and Biron, and exceptional sites including Domme, Rocamadour, and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. This region reflects the charm of the Middle Ages and the Hundred Years’ War, where time seems to stand still. Enjoy local gastronomy, fine wines, farmers’ markets, and outdoor activities such as cycling and canoeing.

Lalaurie is a peaceful hamlet of five traditional stone houses, tastefully renovated, set in the countryside yet only 4 km from local shops.
The gîte accommodates up to 10 guests and features a private swimming pool.

It includes:

5 bedrooms (3 with private bathrooms, 2 sharing one bathroom)

2 separate toilets

A spacious 100 m² living area with lounge, TV, open-plan kitchen, dining area, and terrace

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and Senseo machine. Bed linen, towels, and household linens are included. Baby equipment is available (beds and high chairs).

Guests also enjoy a plancha grill, table tennis table, sun loungers, and pool towels.

Beautiful rural gite

The gite was perfect for a family of 9 Beautiful and tastefully renovated barn. It is in a small group of only 4 properties including the owner's home but very private and secluded in a very rural setting The beds were comfortable and the showers fabulous, lots of hot water. There are ensuite shower rooms for every bedroom but only 2 WCs, one up one down, I guess because of the sewerage, but we managed! Very well equipped home and kitchen - fantastic if you like to cook although it can be quite dark inside The pool area was also perfect, lots of sunbeds and some chairs. Nicely sheltered too Lovely outside seating area under a pergola for eating and those who like a bit more shade. The owners were very friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this property

Gite très agréable pour un week-end entre amis

Nous y avons séjourné le temps d'un we au mois de février. Accueil très sympathique de Murielle! Les parties communes pour 12 personnes sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Seul bémol : certaines chambres n'ont pas de chauffage individuels. Un peu juste en hiver! Le gite doit être très agréable à la belle saison avec sa terrasse en bois et sa piscine privative.
