RELAX, You're on LAKE TIME! Business Licence # 5532

I call my home Lake House. It comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Covered deck next to the furnished patio/garden with a gas BBQ. From there you walk into your spacious open concept fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances - fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave & many small appliances. In the family room a stone fireplace with a gas insert and a flat screen smart TV, all overlooking the unobstructed panoramic breathtaking view of Lake Okanagan and the surrounding mountains.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom, has a queen bed with a full size closet. The bathroom has a shower, water closet and 2 sinks. The laundry room has stacking full size washer and dryer. There is an office with a desk and chair and comes with lots of storage and wifi.
At Lake House you are a short 10 walk (950m) to the lake, were you will find boutiques, shops, cafe/bakery and rentals with paddle boards, kayaks canoes and bikes and on the water you will find Wibit, it's an on the water Play Park for ages 5 and up & they supply life jackets. It's a15 min walk (1.2km) from Lake House to Peachland Mall for groceries, restaurants, gas, banking, pharmacy, post office, liquor store and more. Also across from the Mall you will find tennis and pickle ball courts and a skate park.
Once at the beach you can meander along the pathway next to the lake which takes you to the Village of Peachland. Along the way you will pass Swim Bay the only life guard patrolled beach/swimming area in the Okanagan, it has a rope swim, diving board and zip line over the water. You will also pass the Art Gallery, indoor artisan store and Bat Ecology Centre. A short walk from there you will be in the village where you will find more restaurants, pubs, shops, pharmacy, hardware store, salons, museum, Tourist Information and more. At Heritage Park is were you will find a play ground, water splash pad for the kids and the Sunday Farmers Market. Dock Side Marina in the village has affordable boat and jet ski rentals for you to enjoy and have fun on the water.
Hiking trails are just minutes from Lake house and we are centrally located, only 30 minutes drive to the City of Kelowna and Penticton and a 10 minute drive to
Westbank/West Kelowna which has the convenience of large retail outlets, restaurants, movie theatre, bowling, golfing, spa's and much more.
Year round, you can enjoy the many special events, festivals, and activities that happen in Peachland and throughout the Okanagan Valley. Everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life is right here at Lake House in the heart of Peachland.

Sister’s 50th Birthday

Grant and Gina are amazing! They made sure we had everything we needed. On first arrival I was a little disappointed we were so far from the water, with a very big hill to try and walk back up to the house. But the view is absolutely breath taking! It was just what we needed, very relaxing and peaceful! We loved all the little back yard critters that always came out for a visit. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Thank you Grant and Gina for making your home ours for a few days!

The most beautiful place

Peachland is a little gem that we feel lucky to have found when making our trip across Canada. The lakeside and beach areas are pristinely clean and beautiful. There are many and varied shops and restaurants all along the lake. As for the Lake House - we were sad to leave - we could have stayed for months. It is the most perfect spot to come and relax and the views are spectacular. From our deck we were visited by amazing birds and other small wildlife. The unit was very spacious and had absolutely everything you could possibly want already in it. The little touches that Gina has put into this accommodation are so well thought out and appreciated. Gina and Grant the owners who live above the rental unit are so friendly and kind but not intrusive. Thank you guys for hosting us - one day we will be back and for a whole lot longer.

What a view!

Stunning Vacation Home

The Lake House views are as stunning as the photos show. My family had such a lovely time using this as home base for our weeklong summer vacation in the Okanagan Valley. Centrally-located for doing activities in nearby towns and the lake is only a 15min walk (5min drive) down the hill. Everything in the house was spotless and it was full of helpful kitchen utensils and appliances, board games, and a great outdoor BBQ setup. Plus the hosts were so friendly and accommodative. This was my first time renting a vacation home and it was just what I dreamed of.

Wonderful spot

This was a perfect spot to call home for a while! The patio and outdoor space are incredible!! And it’s cozy and peaceful and very clean inside. You can walk or drive down the street and be at the beach and a bakery very quickly. Every thoughtful detail was taken care of and Peachland is a really nice really spot - close to Kelowna and close to all the wonderful wineries north and south. It’s a quiet little town. But this house!! And this view! I didn’t want to leave the patio.

Grant and Gina are friendly, warm and very responsive. They are definitely in the right business! Our accommodation was PERFECT. Very clean, top of the line washer dryer, spacious beautiful kitchen with all the amenities you will need. We spent the majority of the time we were home on the gorgeous patio with the million $ view of Lake Okanagan and the mountains. Breathtaking! We watched a lightning storm (very rare), the moon come up, gorgeous sunsets. The grounds are lovely with flowers, visits from birds, a Quail family, chipmunk, stellar jays etc. There is an outdoor eating area, bbq, a swing, Muskoka chairs (just to name a few things). There are games to play outside. The attention to detail was incredible. It was very difficult to leave. Just down the road is a little mall, and Beach Ave. along Lake Okanagan - with restaurants etc. We rented kayaks which was so fun (lots of other rentals)! Try the blueberry lavender gelato at Chips Ahoy! And Gashaus is a must for a beverage or a meal. We would highly recommend Gina and Grants place - we can't wait to come back! Perfect in Peachland!

Absolutely perfect! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gina's cute Lake Cabin in Peachland. The house is beautiful - spotless, updated, and stocked with everything you need in a holiday house. With a teenager in each bedroom (because they like to sleep late), my husband and I slept on the Murphy bed, and we were so impressed with the comfort and ease. The outdoor space is darling, and the view is stunning. We enjoyed dining al fresco and watching the quail families travel through the yard. Additionally, Gina has provided a ton of helpful information on what to do in the area. We recommend the rigorous Pincushion Mountain hike, delicious coffee and pastries at Bliss, and a lovely dinner at the Blind Angler. A HUGE thanks to Gina for making our stay so wonderful! Highly recommended.

Perfect wine country getaway!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here - Peachland was a darling town, but this house was the highlight. I have never been to a more thoughtfully done home stay - the hosts thought of everything and have clearly spent a lot of time and effort to ensure their guests are happy and comfortable. The yard was such an oasis, perfect for a BBQ and dinner, coffee on the patio swing, or a glass of wine in the adirondack chairs, all while taking in the gorgeous lake view! Quiet area made it so peaceful, and allowed us to spot some wildlife! Inside was spacious, spotless clean, and well thought out. Seriously, the pictures don't do it justice. They had amazing resources for planning your stay, including personal recommendations. We are already planning our next visit, and will definitely be booking here again. Thanks!

I love meeting and talking with people and by having this vacation home, I look forward to the opportunity to meet and welcome the many travellers from all over the world and share this beautiful place that I now call home.

Why they chose this property

As a young girl, my family vacationed in the Okanagan every summer. I fell in love with this magical place at a very young age. Later in life I brought my own family to vacation here and grew a deeper love for the Okanagan Valley. With it's amazing beauty, climate, people, and most of all it's relaxed life style, it's no wonder I couldn't wait to live here.

What makes this property unique

The moment I stepped into this home, I couldn't take my eyes off it's amazing view of the Okanagan Lake and the surrounding mountains. I can walk to the beach, as well as local shopping, restaurants, and the Village of Peachland. If I have the need to go to the city, it's central to both Kelowna and Penticton, about a 30 minute drive and Vancouver is only a 3.5 hour drive from here.
