CHARMING SUMMER HOUSE

Charming summer house built in the original Cycladic way, located on a small hill overlooking the port of Serifos and the beautiful sandy beach of Avlomonas, which is only a 5 minute walk away. It offers breathtaking views and is very close to the most beautiful beaches of the island. On the top floor, there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is air-conditioning in every room, although the lower floor is always pleasantly cool.
The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and TV. Internet access can be arranged upon request. Housekeeping is also available. The house is available for rent from May until October. The island is easily accessible with a 2,5 hour boat trip from Piraeus port.

Extra-little bedrooms with mosquitos

Although the view from patio and the Ground floor is acceptable, the bathrooms’ and bedrooms’ size is totally below the minimum required level. On top of this, there’s plenty of mosquitos and the rare mosquito-nets are broken. In the second bedroom there are 3 beds in almost 7sqm, you can’t even open the wardrobe!The local Customer assistant was very kind and helped in solving a water pump issue

Schönes Ferienhaus in der Bucht von Livadi mit herrlicher AussichtKommunikation mit Eleni lief unkompliziert und wertschätzend ab.Das Haus besteht aus zwei Etagen, die obere beinhaltet die großzügige Terrasse mit Tisch und 6 Stühlen sowie Wäscheständer und 2 Liegestühlen. Küche und Wohnzimmer sowie Badezimmer. Über eine Treppe(ohne Handlauf, daher für Kleinkinder m.E. schwierig) geht es nach unten zu den beiden Schlafzimmern. Das eine mit Doppelbett bietet leider keinen Platz m auszupacken. Das andere enthält ein Etagenbett. Fliegennetze vorhanden. Wir hatten kaum Mücken. Klimaanlagen sehr angenehm. Einen Stern Abzug aufgrund der nicht funktionierenden Waschmaschine und der etwas klein ausfallenden Schlafzimmer (von Etagenbett gibt es kein Foto)

Agréable location mais attention aux moustiques

La maison est agréable et la vue magnifique. Terrasse idéale pour dîner et regarder les étoiles. Propriétaires attentifs et réactifs. Le seul souci c'est qu'il y a des moustiques, les propriétaires devraient vraiment refaire les moustiquaires quo ont des trous. Bien fermer toujours les portes et mettre du répulsif,vous ne devrensuiquinnésen

Excellent séjour et bon emplacement !

La maison est agréable, de bon goût, l’agencement reste optimal malgré la superficie, et très propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux salles d’eau indépendantes.Très belle terrasse, protégée du vent, belle vue. Les deux chambres bien que petites restent confortables, une très bonne climatisation et ce, dans toute la maison. Nous avons également apprécié les gestes de bienvenue du propriétaire, ainsi que la mise à dispo de masques et de gel. La communication avec celle ci était très fluide et agréable. En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Très belle maison, vue magnifique pour d’agréables vacances.

Hôte d’une extrême gentillesse qui nous attendait au bateau. Plein de petites attentions pour notre arrivée dans la maison. Excellente communication, Eleni est très réactive. La maison est bien située, très confortable bien équipée , parfaite pour une famille avec 3 enfants et la vue sur la baie est magnifique. A recommander sans hésitation!

Bellissima casa con vista mozzafiato

La casa di Eleni è davvero molto bella e ben posizionata su una collinetta che domina la baia del porto. A piedi si raggiunge la lunga spiaggia di sotto e in macchina in pochi minuti tutto il resto: il paese, i ristoranti e altre bellissime spiagge. La casa è nuova, pulitissima, arredata con grande gusto e attrezzata di tutto fin nei minimi particolari ! La terrazza è davvero confortevole e ci abbiamo trascorso molto tempo in relax, le stanze da letto al piano di sotto sono strategiche perchè rimangono sempre fresche e piacevolmente ventilate. Eleni ci ha accolto al porto ed è stata molto gentile nel consigliarci cosa fare sull'isola e con il noleggio dell'auto. Siamo stati davvero bene nella casa di Eleni che secondo me dal vero è meglio che nelle foto! :-)

Bellissima sistemazione, in posizione strategica rispetto al villaggio e alle spiagge. Casa stupenda

Siamo stati benissimo a casa di Eleni. Eleni è molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è molto confortevole e ancora più bella di quello che appare sul sito. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5, due adulti e 3 bambini ed è stato molto confortevole. La vista è stupenda. La casa, ordinata e pulita,e arredata davvero con gusto. Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare in questa bellissima casa!!
