The space
Nel Verde is a new villa, built onto a hillside, with respect to the local architecture. It combines the traditional style with neoclassical elements, offering all modern amenities. It is built on two levels and it is surrounded by a garden with lots of trees such as olive, lemon and orange. It offers absolute privacy, as it is built away from the other nearby houses. Children can play and enjoy the garden without disturbing the neighbors. The outdoor area provides lots of comfortable and attractive seating spots, both shaded and sunny, a BBQ area, a private pool, and an endless view throughout the island of Corfu. It is the ideal destination for families with children who seek a peaceful, relaxing and luxurious holiday. Every single detail has been thought about to make your stay a comfortable home, away from home. It is near the most famous beaches of the island, like Paleokastritsa, Barbati, Dasia, Ipsos etc.
The inside of the house is full of lovely and comfortable areas to lounge around in and relax. Each bedroom is cozy and every detail is thought of. They all feature air conditioning units, a private bathroom, a private balcony and an amazing view to the olive groves of Corfu. There are Plasma TV sets in all three double bedrooms as well as in the living room. The kitchen area is fully equipped and our guests will find the basic food supplies upon their arrival.
Nel Verde offers luxurious accommodation and it is spacious enough for 6 adults and 2 or 4 children to coexist comfortably.

Guest access
The access in the area is possible by all the means of transportation. The bus station is 100m away from our property. Buses have a daily schedule and run from and to Corfu town to the Northwest part of the Island, reaching popular tourist destinations. Nevertheless, it is advisable to rent a car, as public transportation might not be sufficient, especially at weekends while a private car can give you autonomy to visit all the parts of the island. Our property has its private parking area for at least three cars, so our guests can park their cars safely.
The airport of Corfu is 20 minutes away and the port of Corfu is 15 minutes away by car. The road to our property is smooth and safe.

Guest interaction
The owners, Angeliki and Lakis, live in the nearby village of Skripero. They will welcome the guests upon their arrival and they will make them feel at home. For bookings longer than a week, the service of a maid is offered for free. Should you wish a maid more often than once a week, it is possible to arrange it for an extra charge. A welcome packet with local products will welcome our guests to make them feel at home immediately. We have our own extra virgin olive oil, made from the olive trees of our property, which we would love you to taste.
