Enjoy the sun all day long in this beautiful apartment with a perfect southern orientation and frontal sea view. From the living room and terrace you look straight out over the Mediterranean, until the sun sinks into the sea in the evening. For the winter months there is a fully retractable glass veranda – so you can enjoy the view all year round.

The living room opens onto a large south-facing terrace with garden furniture and an electric grill, offering a wonderful view of the sea and the pool.
Pool and jacuzzi
Stunning swimming pool and jacuzzi with views stretching all the way to La Manga. A lifeguard is on duty in July and August. Two comfortable sun loungers for the pool or beach are provided on site.

Sehr schöne Anlage, ruhig und komfortabel

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und man kann zu Fuß zwei Strände (Cabo Roig und Punta Glea) erreichen. Die sehr nette Vermieterin war direkt vor Ort und war immer ansprechbar. Restaurants und Supermarkets sind auch in der Nähe. Einmal in der Woche (am Donnerstag) ist direkt vor der Anlage ein Wochenmarkt, wo man neben Lebensmitteln alles Mögliche einkaufen kann.

The property is as described, great location and very comfortable. Annie was on hand if required.

We spend at least 1 week per year in this location and this apartment is very comfortable and in a great location for shops, walking to the beach and easy to get to restaurants. We would recommend the apartment and location.

Apartamento estupendo

Hemos estado en este apartamento del 12 de agosto al 26 de agosto del 2017. Annie la dueña, ha sido muy amable y aunque no sabe muy bien el español, nos hemos entendido estupendamente. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina estaban impecables, no faltaba de nada, la terraza estupenda, hemos estado muy cómodos. La urbanización está muy bien, sobre todo para ir con niños, lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda. Por poner alguna pega, las playas cercanas tienes que bajar mucha pendiente, pero si no tienes ningún problema de salud no hay problema.

Séjour très agréable

Location idéalement placée, à proximité de la plage et tous les commerces. Résidence très propre, calme, excellent accueil du propriétaire, Annie est très à l'écoute. Nous avons réservé pour l'été prochain.
