Finca situated in the middle of fragrant pines and oaks in the north of the island of Mallorca, between the historic towns of Pollensa and Alcudia, is the Villa Can Llamas.
It's located in the well-known Marina area, at only 4km from the village, and just a few minutes drive from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia, Cala San Vicente, Puerto Alcudia and Can Picafort along an extensive coastline of beaches.The house is on two floors: the ground floor has a living room with satellite TV, Internet and Wifi.
There is also a full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and washing machine. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and safe; the master bedroom has a super king size bed (180 x 200), the second bedroom has 2 double beds (135 x 200) and the third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200).
Nearby Pollensa is a charming place full of history, that has maintained its traditional character. A relaxed stroll through the picturesque lanes will reveal little shops restaurants, historic buildings, art galleries and arts and crafts workshops....In the vicinity there are landscapes of spectacular beauty to explore, like the bay of Pollensa and the cove of San Vicente, the cape and the beaches of Formentor and peninsula Victoria, the Tramuntana mountains, the famous monastery of Lluc, the national park Alburera with its wealth of birds, and lots more.Can Llamas is the ideal starting point for excursions into the surrounding area whether in the mountains or by the se, hiking, rent bikes, wellness, horse riding, golf, water sports or boat trips.
Minimum booking 7 days, prices in Euros, including tourist taxes and VAT. You can pay with VISA. Includes maintenance of the pool and garden. The diesel consumed by the central heating system is not included in the rental price. There is a meter recording the consumption, and a chart for the price per litre according to consumption.

€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   
€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
